Another great job from Mimosa / thanks for the short video clip and for taking care of a special day for a loved one!

I ordered 50x pink roses on Sep 7 for 260e to be delivered on Sep 9 (Same date last year the roses were only 200e so a 60e mark up in a year...more than inflation but whatever). On the morning of my partner's birthday, I'm informed they only have 40 pink roses. As the morning of - was too late for me to cancel the order because I wouldn't get anyone else to deliver flowers on time, the best compromise was to send 50 red roses instead of sending 10 red and 40 pink as it would look silly to have different colours. But i didn't want red roses again, as I ordered them last year. And not being prepared and only being told on the morning of the date that they don't have your flowers is bad form, they did send me a video but it was too late to change anything. Also the flowers only arrived at 12pm. Which is too late. Another friend ordered flowers for my partner from Arbour and they arrived at 10am and also came in a pretty bag with a plastic bag containing water & food, looked very nice. From Mimosa I didn't get a bag or a plastic bag with water and had to pay 10e delivery.

So I got the wrong flowers, for 60e extra thanast year and they didn't come with any logical extras/water/food. Not everyone has a vase that can fit 50 roses. So dissapinting experience and won't be using Mimosa again.

Update: after just 5 days there is a fungus growing on the roses, my partner told me the same thing happened last year. Whereas the flowers we got from another shop are perfectly fine.

Beware of low quality service and low quality flowers that develop fungus!

I live in Sydney and forgot about my sister's birthday who lives at home in Dublin until the day before.I was able not only to get the flowers to her that were gorgeous but they also came right on time before she headed out to work.Thank you so much for a great service and beautiful selection of flowers and chocolates!!!

As per usual, Mimosa Flowers came up trumps!! The flowers I ordered arrived on time and were very fresh. I always ask the recipient to let me know if the arrangement doesn't look good. During the ordering process, I had to contact customer service via email and I got a response immediately. As I live in Canada, I use Mimosa Flowers for all flower orders in Ireland. Never been let down yet! Keep up the good work!!

They did not deliver my flowers, that i had ordered the few days before and i have to contact them after the proposed delivery date to find out they would not be

Very professional and lovely staff, the flowers were exactly how I saw them on the website. They are very considerate as they sent me a lovely email with a video of the flower arrangement that I ordered. I recommend this boutique to anyone who wants flowers for any occasion.

As always when it comes to buying flowers I choose Mimosa every time because each bouquet I get is absolutely fabulous. My girlfriend has been delighted with the different ones I have gotten her and the value for money for what you receive is outstanding.

Chose the €55 Florist Choice Bouquet for a friend’s birthday. Absolutely lovely flowers - pink roses, pink hyacinth, pink and white carnations, etc. Great to get a video so I know what was delivered. Excellent service from Mimosa - will use them again.

Can’t comment on what the flowers are like because the person I sent them to never received them.
Due to my error in inputting the address the flowers could not be delivered. Apparently the cork branch is closed. This is not indicated on the website.
Unfortunately the company accepted payment so I was unaware of the issue.
I was later told I had been informed by email that the order was cancelled but I have no record of this.
I only knew late on the day the flowers were due to arrive that there was a problem so I had no opportunity to make other arrangements.
Considering I provided my phone number and payment was accepted more of an effort should have been made to inform me.
I await my refund.
Customer service were initially unapologetic and when I made enquirers via the WhatsApp chat the replies were curt and offered no apology.
I won’t use again and am extremely disappointed.

Wow what a fantastic service just received a video of the flowers and message they are sending for us in Dublin, only ordered yesterday Sunday and on route this morning. Found on line with 5 🌟 all the way so now I know why. Keep up the good work it is appreciated

Love Mimosa flowers! Their arrangements are flawless and there is never any issue with delivery. Receiving the short video of your flowers is a lovely touch.
