Made everything so easy, was ordering from overseas.

The service team sent me a video of the flowers so I could check the order before they were being delivered. This is the first time I have seen such a service from a florist and I think that's a sign of great customer service.

I managed to buy the flowers and get them delivered on the same day although I did everything from Spain.

Very grateful and my sister really appreciated them.

Lovely fresh flowers! The communication and consistent updates with the company was amazing! Was very surprised to get a video recording of my flowers to see the arrangement! I've ordered from many flower shops before and have never gotten this kind of service. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Really glad I bought flowers from Mimosa, thanks a lot! :)

Flowers were delivered in a few hours and they were absolutely gorgeous, a lot of effort went in to the arrangement and the flowers picked were beautiful. Will definitely buy from here again.

Even though I had mislaid my password I was able to change it quickly and with excellent advice on setting up a new one and my order was delivered as requested , on time just a few minutes ago on Monday 3rd

Fabulous service from Mimosa. I was a bit late to the game in placing my order, however within an hour of doing so, I received a short video displaying the beautiful arrangement they put together, in the colours I had requested. And an hour later, the flowers were delivered to the delighted recipient. First time sending flowers through Mimosa, but have received beautiful bouquets previously. Will definitely use them again and happily recommend Mimosa to everyone.

Terrible. Ordered online for Cork delivery. Payment went in and immediatley afterwards I am informed they now don't deliver to Cork and I would be refunded thereafter.

5 days later I called them on the phone and was assured that my situation would be dealt with, and I would be called back 24 hours later.

3 days on and still no call and of course still not refunded 8 days after initial €71.94 purchase.

Now sort this out please!

Beautiful arrangement. Looked and smelled gorgeous. Ordered late on a Thursday night and they were delivered Friday morning. Really appreciated the video too. Will definitely order from Mimosa again. Thanks a million!
