I am afraid that I’m one of the 11%…

I am afraid that I’m one of the 11% that is not going to be treatable with ketamine. While I had a first session that was a good experience and was energizing, the two following have been a pretty big waste of time. I’ve tried to incorporate the preparation suggestions into my daily self and while I haven’t learned anything exactly new, I have been reminded of things that probably had gone to the background, but needed to come to the foreground again. I don’t think I need ketamine for this type of reeducation. I think my problem is stemming from inaction and not a mental condition that is soluble by these sessions.

Mindbloom works!

Mindbloom has affordable therapy that is done in the comfort of your home. Ketamine therapy has done what antidepressants can't. If you're struggling, please research. I have had a very good experience and I recommend them. They have the entire program to help you on your way to recovery.

Ketamine in itself has been very helpful for me and I’m happy that my bloom has made this something that you can do from the comfort of your home however, I found dosage to be too weak and my clinician to not be very friendly. It was a bit uncomfortable and getting support wasn’t the best

Patrice is very helpful! Enjoyed the circle this evening. The integration should be a big help. I didn't get that with ketamine infusions.

Not their 1st Rodeo...teamwork makes the dream work

Mindbloom has a polished package that says "Hey, we know what we are doing, we want to help you, and this is not our first rodeo." The information offered about their service and your participation is accurate, clear, and concise. I am half way through my established 6 sessions and I can say this program, with their assistance and my participation, has made a difference in my outlook on life and my performance within that outlook (actions speak louder than words).

Mindbloom does many things right, By "many." I mean 98.5%. To nit pick just a bit there are two areas that could use a bit more polish. #1 I found that the guide's schedules tend to lean toward late afternoons which didn't fit my schedule. However, in true Mindbloom professional style, they found me a terrific guide and set up an accommendating time for my first session. OK, so that takes them to a 99% rating. #2 Email. Well we all have complaints about e-mail. Well, this is not a complaint but an observation. Several times I received an email (reminder or request) for something I had already done. This, in my opinion, is a coordination opportunity and probably occurs because they really care and want to make sure that I have the best experiences. They care, OK, then let's add another .5%. In the end, I rate Mindbloom 99,5%. They really do have your "best self" as their primary focus and interest.

I would argue their billing practices…

I would argue their billing practices are predatory and borderline unethical. I had a very poor experience and would give the feedback that they need to be more upfront about how and when they charge for services. I lost $1100 without realizing it.

Great experience all around

I've now had 2 meetings with my clinician and one with my guide, as well as 3 treatment sessions. The people and the app have been first-rate, and I'm already feeling positive benefits from the treatment.

These people are trying to SCAM you really hard!

Before you fill in the survey they start to charge you. First it's $99 and then it's $359 but remember that i didn't even fill in the survey or talk to nobody. Subsequently they state that ONLY option for me is to schedule a talk with clinician but nothing about that I never received anything from them. No service no nothing. If that wasn't enough they don't want to give me my money back UNTILL i fill in some sort of feedback of theirs. HELLOOO!!!!
