She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was properly set up for my studio. She took the time to clearly explain how to use the platform and answered all of my questions, which made a huge difference in my confidence using the system.

At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Only three people were professional. I am expecting the setup to be completed within the next five days; otherwise, I would like to cancel everything.
As AI mainly does things, I expect it to be done as a future paying customer ASAP. I should only have to check the pictures and text. The functionality should work. I don't have time to learn how to set it up myself, or to have a Zoom meeting every week – seriously?! Why paying?
I might change my mind if, by some miracle, it is completed. Currently, it's very quiet, with no news at all.

Overall system has everything what's needed to run a business, however it's not straight forward when you start using it. In order to do one change, you need to make so many steps. Probably that's because the software was created long time ago and wasn't modified. And it's not my first software I use, so have a good knowledge.

When I first began talking to Mindbody, I let them know I was a brand new single stylist salon that had just opened my first space. The sales team pushed and sold me a product too expensive and more than what I need or use based on the “number” of people they have using the app. I was guaranteed a result. It’s been 4 months and I’ve seen nothing but a large bill that’s hard to pay for a brand new individually owned business that I am stuck in for a year. I don’t have any staff so I’m not taking advantage of the platform (something they knew) and I have my own booking system (again, something they knew) so I’m wasting my money on an expensive calendar that I don’t use.

I can't think of a single redeeming quality of Mindbody as a hair salon software. The booking end is clunky for clients and staff, costing us unknown revenue for the period of time we used it. There is no cash management tool. The reporting is beyond repair. Numbers don't align between reports. Numerous reports required just to do payroll. It is impossible to gauge your business with this software. And as a final insult to injury, the duplicate charges to clients through the software that they know is a problem and don't fix. Yes, clients are charged for services more than once with duplicate charges invisible on the user end and only visible to Mindbody, often taking days to resolve, and they don't fix it.
I've use Supersalon, Mytime and Zenoti. All are far superior to Mindbody on every single level.
