Mindfulness Exercises was founded by Sean Fargo in 2015 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience.

Well I v been battling with obesity…

Well I v been battling with obesity stress and depression for God knows how long

Highly recommended!

I can honestly say that the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher training program has changed my life for the better, and given me the tools, knowledge, and understanding that I need to begin teaching mindfulness to others. I am so grateful! This is an important part of my journey, and I hope to ultimately incorporate these ideas in teaching mindfulness to physicians through the experience of art.

The exercises have been a great…

The exercises have been a great resource to me as a beginning mindfulness teacher. Topics, pacing, important touchpoints are useful. My only challenge is that there is no table of contents that I can refer to. That might give away my age!

Top notch and easy to implement practices. Lots of opportunities for deeper engagement via courses, etc. But also lots of content is packaged and ready to use. I appreciate the variety.
