Yes it's doing great
Calming and insightful
First, the meditation's are very calming and bring me a nice sense of peace. I find they evoke an awareness that usually brings with it an insight to myself or relationships. Second, they are relatively short in duration, so easily fit into my daily routine.

Refreshing and admirable
I love reading what Sean ‘is reflecting on,’ and the poems he loves. Both are always things I find interesting and inspiring.

Not worth your time
Based on my review here this company told me to reach out to them, and that they would help me. They didn't. They sent me a message asking if I was trying to change my password when I wasn't & when I told them that and that I was trying to settle my account, they stopped responding. This company has shady vibes all day.

These exercises have been incredibly useful in guiding clients through mindfulness practices. I will often incorporate them into the last 5 minutes of an activating session for my clients and all report that they feel less activated and more relaxed. I'm so glad I found this resource.
