Mindfulness Exercises was founded by Sean Fargo in 2015 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience.

Practicing mindfulness allows us to relate to ourselves and others with greater care and wisdom. As we engage with our world differently, we notice our own experience of life shifting in fulfilling ways.

As I experienced the mindfulness…

As I experienced the mindfulness meditation and learning shared each day from Sean, I feel so connected and look forward to be personally trained into a mindfulness awareness program for self and also help others.

Calming and insightful

First, the meditation's are very calming and bring me a nice sense of peace. I find they evoke an awareness that usually brings with it an insight to myself or relationships. Second, they are relatively short in duration, so easily fit into my daily routine.

My go-to for Mindfullness inspiration

I have only received great value from Mindfullness Exercises, especially the scripted meditations I received in 2023 that are a heaven-sent for my coaching business. Their regular newsletter also serves as one of my continues learning channels - a must have for any life coach. Refreshing and admirable

I love reading what Sean ‘is reflecting on,’ and the poems he loves. Both are always things I find interesting and inspiring.
I appreciate that he shares so much of his material’ for the common good’ for use by his audience. On a platform where many others ask for money in return for quality material, I find it refreshing and admirable that Sean often does not.

Intentionally mindful thanks to Sean

During this current time of my life I’ve been researching and seeking ways to be mindful and care more intentionally about my mindset. Sean’s daily 100 day challenge has been a real gift and has helped me greatly. My thoughts have quieted and become clearer. I appreciate his heart of service.

Not worth your time

Based on my review here this company told me to reach out to them, and that they would help me. They didn't. They sent me a message asking if I was trying to change my password when I wasn't & when I told them that and that I was trying to settle my account, they stopped responding. This company has shady vibes all day.

These exercises have been incredibly…useful to support my work.

These exercises have been incredibly useful in guiding clients through mindfulness practices. I will often incorporate them into the last 5 minutes of an activating session for my clients and all report that they feel less activated and more relaxed. I'm so glad I found this resource.
