Mindfulness Exercises was founded by Sean Fargo in 2015 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience.

great format

I like the daily emails that vary in what they focus on. I like that each lesson is short and sweet but very helpful.

I’ve tried to sign to get these daily mindful meditations but it doesn’t seem to work. And yes, I’ve checked my junk mail and I still don’t get them

Free content for newly facilitating meditation class

I appreciate all the free content. The exercise scripts have really supported me as I am a yoga teacher with 10+ years experience, but just began facilitating a meditation type class which is all new to me! Thanks so much!

When does the advertised challenge begin?

I did not want to be an instructor for mindfullness. I was under the impression that this was a challenge for personal mindfullness growth and learning. All I get is info for becoming and sharing my knowledge. Knowledge/training that I have very little of

Tremendous Meditation Teaching Program

I was a regular meditator, but I learned so much from the meditation teacher certification program. The content challenged me to look at my motivations on a deeper level, and to be honest with myself about where I am listening from when engaging with others. The techniques and principles are laid out well, and there was always support when I needed it. I am tremendously grateful for everyone involved in making this content available.

I am not a mindfulness participant or instructor

I am not a mindfulness participant or teacher or practicer. The bi-weekly notes that I receive are a must read. I have taken a number of the thoughts and integrated them into rising leadership development programs I teach. They make a difference.

I like the regular contact

I like the regular contact. I have the 300 meditations package which is very helpful and I really appreciate all the extras that come through. Sean keeps me focused.
