Oxford August 2021
I recently attended the in person Oxford course. The course material was well structured, showing a clear format for working with clients over an 8 week period. It's reassuring that there is plenty of follow up support to ensure continued engagement.
The tutors Aston, Irena were very knowledgeable and engaging, always willing to encourage and answer any questions.
Working in person is definitely my preferred method of learning and it was lovely to meet a group of like minded people and work through the course together.

Inspiring and encouraging
I attended the teacher training course over Zoom and found it to be well worthwhile. I still got to know some the classmates (exercises in break out rooms helped). The teaching was open hearted and recognised the wide range of skills and experience the pupils brought to the group. It was quite intense, with an awful lot of teaching, help and advice packed in to the week. The teachers were all very approachable and worked as enablers rather than didactic instructors. There was lots of course material and opportunities for follow up and further support and training. Our class WhatsApp group is also a valuable resource for sharing and encouragement. I recommend this course if you want to become a mindfulness teacher or add mindfulness as a tool in your therapy box. Thank you Aston, Irena and Jennifer!
Personal, informative and practical
I took part in this course and found it to be very informative and practical. It covers everything from the nature of mindfulness, to mindfulness in different contexts as well as pricing and business aspects of being a mindfulness facilitator. It also emphasises the importance of having your own personal journey with mindfulness practise.
Highly recommended
I highly recommend this course as I have deeply enjoyed it. Aston has brilliantly delivered the course by presenting the contents in a very engaging way. He has been very open in sharing valuable professional information. He has been also supportive by going through the key questions and making things easier for the students in terms of assignments.

Engaging and worthwhile
This was a very well run and organised course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The course leader was very experienced and helpful. The course was well thought through and had the perfect blend of meditation practice and active discussion. I was sad for it to end but am looking forward to using what I have learned over the last week.

Excellent course!!!!
Excellent course !!!
Excellent and beneficial teacher training course. Just what was needed in this strange pandemic. I thoroughly enjoyed the mindfulness practice, discussion, exercise session. Initially, I thought, how it will be possible through Zoom?. Later on, it was interesting to interact with different people from different world and exchange their views. All the teachers/facilitators were superb. It will be great if they could add some more exercise among candidates.
I'm still actively using some of the techniques and will try to help others. I will definitely recommend this course.
