I purchased the 200-hour yoga teacher training. I liked that the video lessons had good information presented with visuals, models, and digestible language. I did not like that most of the videos were several years old. I liked the quick and thorough responses I received from the teachers.

I really did not like how they handled the business side of it. I paid for an extension to finish the course about a year after my first attempt, but it was terrible timing with a lot of heavy things going on in my family/home. Although I did not submit a single assignment or communicate with teachers at all during the extension, they denied my request to defer the extension. It hurt to lose that hefty investment at a time when my family was already struggling and I was physically unable to make video submissions. I was asking for a pause/deferment, not a refund, at a really critical time in my personal/family life. When they would not accommodate, I lost faith.

I graduated with my Yoga Teacher 200-Hour Certification in January 2021. I personally experienced peaks and valleys while taking the course during the first year of the pandemic. It indeed, challenged me in ways that are too numerous to mention. However, I must share that my enrollment into the 200-Hour Kaivalya Yoga Method Course, in July of 2020, was instrumental in allowing me to stay focused on my feelings, meditate, align my chakras and acquire coping skills to manage all of the stressors that arose each day. Since graduation, I have attended a few of the webinars and I periodically review my courses that I have lifetime access to. This is just to stay connected with such a great and user-friendly program. Also, each and every time I reach out to the mentors by email at the academy, I always receive a prompt answer and uplifting reply. Thank you for this experience and support.

If you are questioning to do this program or not, take the leap!! I've completed the introduction and started watching the videos for the course and Alanna is so good! I love that she uses real people with different body types and explains so well. She seems so down to earth. It's such a good refresher from when I took A&P in nursing school. Customer service has been great as well. I feel like it is well worth my investment of time and money so far!

I passed my 200-hour yoga teacher training course last year and was thrilled with the achievement! The course was very well organised and provided access to so much support throughout. I cannot say enough about the helpfulness, kindness and much needed sense of humour of the mentors! They were - and are - superb! I learned so much about technology, yoga, philosophy, history but, what I learned most about, was myself and what I was capable of. I'm 62 years old. When I began the course I hadn't worked on a computer for a long time. I learned to create YouTube videos, I learned to study online and I loved Annas' yoga classes. There were so many other classes to enjoy as well, taken by teachers who specialised in other areas of philosophy & spirituality. It was a wonderful experience.
At the moment I'm in rehabilitation from a severe spinal Injury and I'm working again in Annas' yoga classes to increase my mobility and develop muscle strength again. And I'm getting there.
I remain very grateful 🙏 to the Anna Kaivalya Yoga Method for a very thorough and challenging course and especially grateful to all the wonderful mentors.

I travel often for indeterminate times. The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy provided me with the opportunity to complete my 300-hour certification at my own pace regardless of where I was in the world during my training.
As an independent learner, this learning environment was the perfect fit for me. The mentors and support staff were available if needed. I could participate in the learning community as desired. I am grateful to the Academy for providing an opportunity for students who need an alternative to a traditional learning structure.

I am happy to say that I have now completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course with The Kaivalya Yoga Method .My experience with Alanna's mentors and support team was amazing! Quick response and feedback to help me succeed and grow. Alanna's courses is well executed ,with an easy to follow guidelines .Alanna's online yoga teacher training course is affordable compare to other schools and is Yoga Alliance Certified .I look forward later on to do my 500 hours Yoga teacher Training with The Kaivalya Yoga Method.

I have loved all of the training and the mighty networks app as well as the hey membership. There is a lot of support on the app. The course contents is great and it's easy to follow. I'm glad I finally chose to do the courses. I am a bit behind due to life activities this summer, but I'm going to jump right back in and complete the 500hr courses! I also like the fact that I have access to the information forever! What a great group of people.

I am working on 500 hours and you cannot stop once you start guaranteed. You will love Jordyn and AK . Do it !

Not a cookie-cutter course. Nope, not at all. I just attended my first interactive live session, and it was so innovative and interesting. I have a dance background, and I’m learning things about the mind and body that I thought I knew, but I have so much more to learn. I love this course.

The Alanna K 500 RYT program was very comprehensive. Alanna is an expert in myths, chanting and adjusting. The videos are high quality and the objectives are very clear.

I just started Alanna's Alchemical Astrology Certification, and I cannot express just how much this course means to me. I am soaking it up so much that I've been completing the weeks' worth of content in a DAY! I love how she brings her WHOLE SELF to teach it - from her psychology and physics background to her yogi experience. I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of this and understanding astrology and myself more deeply. Also, the way Alanna teaches is so down-to-earth, relatable and detailed. I have so much faith that I'll leave this course feeling confident in reading for others.

The Kaivalya Yoga Method is a wonderful self-paced program with great mentor support!

Hello! I love everything about this program and I'm here for it! Lol 😆 I reside in Western Colorado and own a Wellness Clinic where I offer massage, personal training and now Yoga! I am working through all the modules of the 500-hour program, finished with most of the 200 hour and need to submit assignments and testing. I am really enjoying the modules in the 300-hour program, and those have really inspired me to go deeper in my yoga practice. I am excited to integrate this all in to in-person studio learning and retreats, as I miss the community since I live in an isolated location. I am wanting to use this online community more as an alternative to social media

Alanna has truly gone above and beyond what was required, and my expectations.

I’ve done lots of online courses, but nothing has come close to this. Most of the time, you sign up for an online course, get the material, and it’s like, “good luck!”. Not so with this program. Boy, they monitor and support you every step of the way. There are tests, and you get feedback … which is especially helpful if you bomb a test becuase then the mentors really help you learn and get it right. Of all the online courses I have done, I have never been held this accountable for my learning, or felt so confident in my knowledge as a result. I’m ready to get out there and teach. I can’t say enough good things about this yoga teacher training. Now that I’ve completed it, and have started teaching myself (I am officially certified in The Kaivalya Yoga Method!), I can’t imagine how difficult it was to put this whole program together. It is ridiculously comprehensive and thorough…but I guess that is to be expected when the founder has a Ph.D. and is a true expert!

If you want the yoga education of a lifetime, definitely sign up for The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy. You won’t regret it.

Alanna Kaivalya is an incredible teacher, and I’m so grateful to have come across her training program. It truly saved me at a time in my life that I desperately needed yoga, and was looking to change careers. Now, I’ve achieved my dreams and goals with the guidance of Alanna and her mentors!

I was so impressed with how engaged Alanna is in her program. I know she has a lot of students, but she regularly goes live in the campus (she uses Mighty Networks for her community … so much better than FB!), and even answers questions in Q&A broadcasts and when students post.

Her mentors are awesome, especially Jordyn. Even when I got a test wrong, Jordyn really helped me understand the material and I felt so supported in my education. I now have the confidence to teach!
