Ridiculous auto subscribe subscription fee that has no reminders, no notifications and no receipts. 3 years they've been charging me automatically despite not logging into the account for the same amount of time. Now customer service ignoring my emails to request a refund.
Supposed to be a platform to promote mental wellness and rigour... Instead they are promoting unethical billing practices.

I reached out to customer service and tried other contact emails on the website several times, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any replies.

It is shocking to see that MindTools, a company providing professional development content doesn’t understand what good customer service is. I had a subscription that I rarely used. When it auto-renewed few days back, I reached out to cancel and request a refund. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response.
This company clearly prioritizes keeping money over customers.
I would strongly advise staying away from them.
I am still awaiting a reply. I will post an update here with their response (or lack thereof).

Like many others, I was not able to log in even though I subscribed for the free trial. Customer service did not respond at all, so I had to block my card to avoid being charged by this “company.”

I've always heard of great things from Mind Tools so wanted to give them a go, I didn't even look at the reviews at the time as they are 'well known.'
I've signed up, provided card details and had no verification email to access my account and now unable to log in.
I have emailed three times over the last week, and received no response, the payment for the subscription I have no access too will be taken today. It seems looking at the reviews this has happened to a lot of people. Please don't sign up to this website, it feels like they are scamming people out of a subscription.

Terrible - never actually able to access any services but still getting charged. Absolutely no customer services and cannot login to cancel the subscription. Be careful if you have a gmail email address.

I created an account back in July with the free trial, but have not been able to log in to the account. When I try to log in, I get an error that my credentials are not correct, when I try to reset my password I get an error that my password cannot be reset. I have attempted to contact support numerous times, and have the support request emails. I cannot find a phone number. No one has contacted me. My trial is now over and my card has been charged, but I am still not able to access my account. It has been almost 30 days since the account has been created.

I signed up for a free trial, I wasn't able to log in for the whole 7 days, despite doing the password reset. They took the subscription fee, I emailed the next day saying this needs to be refunded, that email and the subsequent two emails still haven't been opened. I am calling their number, there's no IVR, there's no answer. I have dm'd them on Instagram, and no response. This is a website mainly about helping leaders and managers be better at their job, but where is the leadership of this company? It is woeful, and this is the kind of customer experience that means I will never be a customer of theirs.

I created an account to do a simple task for a college assignment and when i tried to verify my email it wouldnt work. Now im unable to log in to the site and I cant seem to reach customer service as they dont accpet emails from gmail domains. I am very upset at their lack of customer service. I cant even cancel my account now so i might have to cancel my credit card entirely. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I only signed up to have mindtools to do an assignment for post secondary. I went to cancel it online and it just gives error message after error message. I have tried emailing customer service multiple times with no response. I am waiting a few more days otherwise I may have to cancel my credit card just to avoid getting charged for a service I do not use or need anymore. There isn't even a phone number or chat that shows up on the webpage to speak to anyone it is just all by email so that they don't have to respond. They said one business day and it's been five after the first email sent. I will be telling my post secondary college in the fall about my experience and to keep Mindtools away from being recommended as part of assignments! If you never need to contact customer service or cancel it I am sure you have a great experience, otherwise stay away!

I was a paying customer for about 5 years. At the point I needed to update my email address I sent 4 emails to customer service, 2 via general website queries and heard absolutely nothing back. Even when I cancelled, stating it was because of the lack of contact, I heard nothing.

Mindtools has a great library of useful videos, blog posts, articles, and tools to help grow one's management prowless. I enrolled for a 1 yr. subscription. At the end of that year, the subscription was automatically renewed, as promised, but no forewarning was given. The very day of the renewal I reached out to Mindtools and cancelled the renewal (financial difficulties on my end). However, Mindtools continues to attempt to charge my credit card for the renewal. I have reached out to them a total of 5 different times to resolve the issue. No response to ANY of my attempts to reach them, both through their webform, their "customer service" email address, and Facebook Messenger account. I am thinking there are a few people there that might benefit from some of their customer service training content.
While I bear some responsibility in that I did not closely track my subscription date, it is also a slimy practice to auto-renew a subscription without giving some warning, as is standard practice with most reputable companies. There is always room for some give and take, and it is nearly unheard of to force a renewal when withdrawn on the renewal date.
It is unfortunate that a company that does otherwise command some respect in the industry behaves this way. My recommendation is buyer beware.

Website was not easy to navigate like a couple of years ago seemed to be more linked driven and hard to locate what I was looking for.

I cancelled my 3day trial on time, and yet I got charged with 25$. I emailed customer support, but no reply yet. Customer service is dismal. I hope leaving a negative feedback here, will make someone responsible enough to do something.

I contacted customer support and other emails on the site multiple times and no one responded.
