Access issues
I cant get access because the system is refusing my password. It also throwing an error if i try to reset. I never got access but my money was deducted. I raised a ticket and made follow ups and got no response at all

Consistently delivers great material
I have been a member of mindtools off and on for many years and I only have great experiences to report. My favorite thing is the Bite Sized learnings. They are not too long and not too short. Just the perfect length for a skill transfer training session. There are so many options too.

I used Mindtools for an assignment at Post University. I was pleased with my interaction with their site. I subscribed to them, but then decided I couldn’t afford it. I reached via email and canceled it which they did immediately plus the CSR James issued me a refund! Wow what class in a business 💙🔥💙🔥
