I'm able to locate information about projects I'm working on. The articles are thorough, timely and informative.

The go to source for a wide range of topics I use for my business.

I joined Mindtools because of the downloadable tools that were promoted as available. I have no interest in videos or other learning assets. I find it very difficult to find what I'm looking for and also locate all the content I need in one place.

Once subscribed you get access to great resources. The only downside is that if you aren't either actively learning new things or are an organisation paying for employees to access information its a lot of money to be paying monthly if you don't need to use it all the time. It would be great if there was a pay as you go option for individuals who only need access to information on a sporadic basis.

I never connected with it and used any of it. Almost that it was intuitive enough or valuable enough to get past the noise of all of the daily noise.

Provided me with great tools and resources to apply in many circles of influence. Also the expertise around the tools “proven concepts” for many settings working in - schools, communities, government, sport, non profit organisations.
Continuous learning with support that was the real “jewel”

I think they have a wide coverage of subjects. They are a great source or more so a one stop shop for top quality information.

Ability to download articles

The contents are great and easy to navigate. I enjoyed every topic, and relevant to my leadership role in the last 5years

A wide range of resources and development tools

This is a great product with wonderful resources on their website. Unfortunately, their customer service is lousy and never answers after multiple emails over weeks at a time.

They wont allow me to access my account saying my email isnt valid but they take money from my account. I have spoken to livechat who gave me a fake email. I have emailed every email address I can find and they still wont reply its been 2 weeks.

I do not advise them and I have laid a charge against them with my bank as fraud.

DONT SIGN UP THEY IGNORE YOU THEY WONT HELP YOU AND THERE IS N ACTUAL SUPPORT

Responding to MindTools review comment: I've emailed the address you provided multiple times, and no one even acknowledged me. Your comment is meaningless. Check your email servers to ensure you are receiving incoming requests. This is no way to run a business.

I have been a member for several years. Recently, they processed a renewal for a membership that I held with an old employer. I'm no longer able to access the account, and despite the multiple times that I've reached out, no one will respond to me to get this addressed. I've emailed, called, reached out on socials. I'm dumbfounded by the complete lack of service.

Very poor customer experience. Contacted them twice, no response, trying to cancel my monthly membership. Beware.

I was roped into a non-refundable situation to my surprise. I must’ve signed up for their trial and forgot to cancel. I had no idea I was paying for it until I received the invoice, by which time the short 14 day refund window had expired. I tried explaining my case but the creator cited he had an obligation to the contract he created, stressing how egregious it would be to make an exception and how immoral that would be for him personally. I paid for a year of subscription but didn’t get to login once as each time I tried to request help in recovering my account, all they did was ask questions and leave me hanging. They don’t care and this is not how a $200 yearly subscription should be handled. Stay away

Bad business practice. The company migrated their website and in so doing you now cannot access your receipts and proof of payment for anything before December 2022. They sent 6 emails apparently warning of this all of which went into SPAM. The flow of SPAM emails from this company is HUGE and so I did not notice their request to download my invoices. I contacted them to cancel the account and to have copies of my final invoices and was told that this was no longer possible. Several emails later my account has not been cancelled and I have been further charged and I have no invoices which mean that I now cannot claim this back through my work expenses and as a result have had to cover this myself. I would not recommend them on the strength of their bad business practice

I can’t even log in without paying :/ .. I’m not sure why I’ve been receiving emails from Mind Tools—maybe I had a free subscription that had just ran out or something, as I swore I’ve been able to participate on the site before? Either way, I read an email today and wanted to open an article, but literally everything on the website had a dollar amount beside it. I tried logging in, and same thing; I had to pay to subscribe. I’m turned off by the fact that no where in the emails that I’ve been receiving, did it indicate that these tools and articles weren’t free to view.

Deep insights + Wide perspectives!:
Mind tools is a combination of going deep & exploring wide! I like the range of topics and also the incisive details inmost of them.
Certainly this must be part of the tool kit of anyone serious about self and others' development
