I have been trying to 2 weeks to return this wallet and I have not gotten and email reply nor a phone call on how return this.

Hello. We are sorry you have had a bad experience, that is never our intention. We have researched this order and return request. It was actually 3 DAYS for us to give you return instructions, not two weeks (you only had the product a few days), and we feel that is very important. We would be very appreciative if you would revise the details so that they reflect an accurate experience, and consider if it deserves a 1-star rating.
Here are the details: Your ordered on May 13, 2024, your order was delivered on May 17, 2024 and you emailed us how to return the wallet on May 21st. We responded on May 24th and apologized for the delay (3 days) in responding due to our switching of mail servers. We provided you the info, you returned the wallet and we issued a prompt refund. You posted this review the same day we gave you the return info. It doesn't appear you tried contacting us for 2 weeks to get a return, it was 3 days (you only had the product in your hands for 4 days). I'm sure this is an oversight on your part, it can be very frustrating not to have prompt communication. But, this review is very negative and we wanted to take this time to be sure that the information is accurate. We take customer service very seriously and we hope this information helps to clarify the details.
