another support ticket and nothing, blocking my withdraw of ETC for 2 years already, this service is from hitbtc.com (be careful, same company, same scam way) its another scam where you cant withdraw, only deposit..

Really poor support!

Cannot withdraw my XMR coins because account is locked.

They answer on your support ticket with procedure on how to do it so I follow it and send them a mail where they reply after a week and 2 mails from me asking for answers that they got all info now and that account would be unlocked in the nearest time .

Now I already opened 50+ tickets but no reply and they do not unlock my account nor send me the coins I earned and where I payed hardware and electrical bills for.

They should trow those people in jail!

You’re not getting everything you’re mining. Yes their platform is super easy to use. Many tests later and using other pools with better payouts, we’ve found that minergate isn’t a good pool. Can only payout to one of their wallet affiliates. lots of invalid shares. Low difficulty. Down for maintenance a lot, calculators don’t work during that time so you’re basically mining for free, they say you’ll get your shares but haven’t seen that to be true. Customer service hasn’t answered and it’s been weeks. Read they skim shares and completely agree.

I would rate this higher but when I lost my phone and had it replaced, then contacted customer service via email to reset my phones 2 way verification because of the lost mobile, they simply ignored me. Now I cannot log into my account and they won't reply to my emails spoke to Inge Solberg and she has since ignored all message. What a waste of space company who will just Rob your coins if you lose your mobile phone. Beware of these people

Minergate one big scam.
I had for over 250$ in bitcoin cloudmining when they sudenly stopt and had like about 140$ build up but they wouldnt pay out even though out of the blue cloudmining ewas dropped by them. not even a refund was posible. argument we are not responsible for sudden disabling of cloud mining. so a refund is not posible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete rip off. I have been trying to withdraw my BTC and they try to send you to a third party company and customer service is no help. If you research the company there is no evidence of their mining operation. Avoid this site, save your money!!

The site is a scam. They prevent you from withdrawing coins directly and you have to go through freewallet, but mysteriously it's broken all the time and they cannot transfer funds...

I've mined some crypto on the Minersgate platform. I have asked for a withdraw but my account was blocked. I have send an email and the answer was quick. I must verified an HitBTC account and then the problem was solved. Did the thing they asked but no remove from the block. I have send all my info a 6 times to Minergate but no response anymore. Bye bye mined crypto!

Stay away. It is good but not perfect. I am a perfectionist. The best platforms out there are hashrange and royalcrocodile.storedo.com. Considering I have tried most of them.

I got Very bad experience

I did invest but not received profits because it’s stopped mining in few days

I just contact support they are said “we cannot maintain the BTC price” so I did ask return my deposit but they are not returned also no REPLY

Scammers that stole my money with there cloud mining service. They stopped my cloud servers without sending me any message or reason.

The first few days, the mining went well, but then after that things just didn't work anymore. The GUI software is easy to use but I ended up having my computer mine but not get credit for what I was mining. Also, there was an awful lot of network errors and retrying. I think this is one of those good ideas that is poorly executed. Hopefully, this company turns things around for itself and the miners that use it. I have decided to stick with NiceHash since it is easy to use too and I have a lot fewer issues with them.

Scam like most of other sites. I mined on the base of their calculator 0.005 XMR in almost 2 months of non-stop running their software on my notebook by speed about 500H/s. And of course no way how you can withdraw it. They just use power of your computer to mine for themselves with their software. No financial lost for me, just next experience with scammers.
