I didn't get the item

It couldn't be worse. The Bitaxe GT 800 that was delivered is nothing but trouble, and mineshop.eu is offering absolutely no help or solution.

With the conservative default settings, the miner produces an error rate of 4.5-6.5% during operation, crashes regularly, and then goes into recovery mode. According to the diagnosis, it either has a hardware defect or a firmware problem, and there is no updated firmware from TCH for the GT 800 in sight. The native ESP miner firmware from bitaxeorg is not compatible.

Anyone hoping for technical support or customer-oriented problem solving will be disappointed. Communication with mineshop.eu is tedious and ineffective. Either they do not respond to individual emails at all, or the response has nothing to do with the question. And, of course, they cannot see any errors – despite detailed documentation and meaningful screenshots.

A return or exchange of the defective miner is, of course, refused. Perhaps a deliberate strategy by mineshop.eu to avoid complaints?

Conclusion: Money gone, no mining, and a lot of time invested. But in return, a proud (new) owner of very decorative electronic scrap.

Simple ordering, Shipping was fast and confirmation came almost immediately. The included pamphlet was clear, and the FAQ online about setup (mostly easy to find) was more than enough for a beginner to setup my NerdQaxe 6.1 in minutes and get started mining.
Once I learn a bit more about solo mining, I will def. return to purchase another rig in the future.

I ordered black Nano3S. Received an email saying the black version wasn't in stock. I agreed with white version. Fast 2 days delivery. When I opened the box inside was black version. Very happy.
