Basically robbed me. Placed an order, I have proof of payment on my PayPal account. Have emailed and they are saying there's no history of that PayPal account paying even though I can see it on my account so that's a lie. I emailed back and forth and then they e stopped replying. I've told them the address I ordered to. Date and time of ordering. The email etc etc etc. but because I don't have the order confirmation number (which they needed to send me) they're not helping me. So they've taken £150 from me just before Christmas and I'll not be receiving what I've paid for. Don't use this company

Minga London: Total Complete and utter MINGERS!!!
This is my personal opinion based on my own experience; it is not malicious as it is factually true, and I DO have the receipts to prove it, so is without prejudice! This is in the public interest, so you have been warned!
As per MANY reviews here on Trustpilot and other sites, you purchase from this dubious company at your own risk!
They may bring their ethical, street fashion vibe to the fore at every occasion, but as soon as you have a problem, it's CRICKETS!
They somehow duplicated my order, sending it in two parcels with different order numbers and with slightly different values charged for each so that it wasn't immediately clear on my credit card statement and then when I received both parcels and tried to return one, their AWFUL AND USELESS AI Chatbot refused to allow me to process the return as the order contained thigh-hi socks that they consider to be a 'hygiene issue', even though the whole parcel is unopened and THEY duplicated the order and even if I did return it without the socks, it was STILL going to charge me the DPD return cost, even though this was THEIR MISTAKE!
So I tried to contact a human. I don't think they have any working, at all!
I used their app message box, sent several emails and tried the live chat message system to no avail; the live chat was open on my device for 11 HOURS, so before working hours and all the way through the whole day and at the same time, my husband was on his for the whole 8 hours that it is supposed to be active!! No response on either device!
After 3 days of this and no response, I contacted my CC company, and because my value is over £100, I started a Section 75 claim against them for the duplicated order. That is SURE to get their attention!
Fortunately, my order was over the £100 minimum, but many customers' orders will be less, giving them no protection and forcing them to have to return at their own expense and eat that cost, even items such as duplications, incorrect items or sizes, or faulty clothes, as per many examples here on Trustpilot. What are you going to do then? Sue them for £5.95 delivery cost? No, what you do is complain to your local Trading Standards office, post your terrible experience on your socials, Trustpilot and other review sites, tell all your friends and NEVER purchase from them again!
THEY ARE THE WORST EXAMPLE OF THE CURRENT CROP OF SCUMBAG COMPANIES OUT THERE, TAKING GROSS ADVANTAGE OF THEIR 'TRENDY' TAG THAT OFFER USELESS OR NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, OFTEN WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!! AAAAARGGH!!!!
LET ME ASSURE YOU, MINGA, YOUR BUSINESS CAN'T SURVIVE BY SCREWING OVER YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Their CEO is: Luísa Vilaça. You can find her 3 personal emails on RocketReach. I did!
AVOID AS THEY TRULY ARE, MINGERS!!!!!

damaged item- 0 customer support
I ordered some shorts from them which arrived damaged and there has been 0 response from the company in terms of getting a replacement, all i’ve had are emails from Ai saying they’ll get back to me soon but it’s been a week and i’ve had no real response from them, my item is unwearable as there is a split in the back or the shorts and i feel like ive thrown £60 away since they haven’t communicated with me at all about sending a replacement
minga, if you read this my order number is 224253
update 11/12/25: company replied to me a week ago claiming once the tracking showed that i had posted the shorts back i would get sent a replacement, it’s now been a week and i no longer have the shorts or my money back and they’re not responding

Customer service is ace…
I’ve always loved their clothes however recently I accidentally put the wrong size on my order. I was panicking because it’s obvi not cheap so I emailed customer service and they were soooo onnit and replied pretty much right away and it was all sorted really quick. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the rep I was talking to but they were a legend for sorting everything out so quick especially with it being a busy time of year. In the end best customer service I’ve dealt with! <33

If I could give zero star’s I would
If I could give zero star’s I would. Unhelpful customer service and everyone needs to be aware that they state once the parcel is marked as delivered then they do nothing to help. My driver marked my parcel as delivered but nothing was delivered, I reached out to Minga customer service and it was frustrating. They took a number of days to respond and then state that the case is closed. Unprofessional and I will not buy here again and loose my money.

Spent £100 needed to send one thing back and the code didn’t work, they said I couldn’t have there address and sent it myself and that I needed to send via dpd. Still not received new code after numerous emails.

No response or anything.
So my dad had a problem which admittedly is his own mistake because by accident he wrote the wrong address that we don't live on anymore (the keyboard auto filled the old info when he clicked for the card details to be auto filled) and he caught up to that yesterday. I understand that Minga is closed during the weekend, but ever since 9 am I've been trying to get in contact with them to change the address on the order since it's not processed yet and a change of address is possible. I've been waiting for hours on the chatbot for someone to answer me, and I've sent out like four or so emails overall today in hopes that maybe they'll see the request (one of the emails even being sent to their wholesale email), but there's still no response. I understand that with Black Friday and such it can get busy, but I think that this is an urgent situation that needs resolving ASAP rather than waiting for hours.

I adore this brand
I adore this brand. I've brought from it on 3 different occasions and I've never been disappointed. Their hoodies are heavy and good quality. The boots fit nicely as well and the bags look even better irl. Only thing to look out for it the jewellery, looks great but the chains are quite short.

Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company’s service and complete lack of accountability.
I received the wrong order - a mistake made by Minga - and instead of helping me fix their mistake, the company provided instructions that were impossible to follow. They told me to return the parcel via a DHL locker point — but the locker would not scan the barcode or accept the return code. I wasted time trying exactly what their staff told me to do, only to find it simply didn’t work.
When I contacted them again, I was told that DHL courier collection was “impossible due to Black Friday.” This was not true. I called DHL myself, and they arranged a home pickup immediately with no issues at all. So not only did the company send the wrong item, but they also gave me incorrect information and left me to sort out the problem on my own.
After all this, they have failed to respond to my messages asking for the correct order and compensation for the inconvenience their mistake caused. I can see that the wrong order has already been returned to Minga, but I am yet to receive ANY information about the order FOR WHICH I PAID FOR, and am yet to witness.
Extremely poor customer service, no responsibility taken, and a complete waste of my time. I strongly advise others to be cautious — if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect this company to help you fix it.

Bought a cool hat (or so I thought)
Bought a cool hat (or so I thought). The hat on the website was not the one they sent me. The one I got has a massive logo on the front which is not as cute. I asked for an exchange, they said no. I asked for a discount code, they said no. Really disappointing as I love Minga but their customer service is not it!

Still getting ignored completely after 5 months
I've already written two reviews on trustpilot and still, nothing has changed. I ordered clothes in June, they came defective and Minga London offered me only 20% off. After I didn't take that offer they've been ignoring me completely. I'm writing the support at least once a month and they keep ignoring me. When I write a review on Trustpilot I keep getting the same response over and over again: We're terribly sorry, maybe your mail was sent to the spam folder, please write another one. By now I'm pretty sure I've been blocked. I've received a mail from them a few weeks ago, that their mail address had changed, but even when I sent my mail to the new address... no response. I never had a customer experience that was that bad.
Update: I got a 50% refund for one of the defective items. It’s better than nothing, but I had to fight 5 months for it. Still won’t order again. Very sad because I thought their clothes were really unique and beautiful.

Poor web portal, bad customer service
Poor web portal, poor customer service using "it's the process" as an excuse - even after notifying them immediately after placing the order that their web portal has made an error. The company created the order process and the web page, and it's not customer friendly at all - then you pay the price for their mistake (overwriting the delivery address you've already entered with a different address from your payment portal). Now my niece won't receive her gift in time.

Returns was awful
Had bought quite a few items from them and loved them. I bought a hoodie and it was too big so I went to return it.
The return process was awful waiting over a month and being ignored via email asking for updates.
When they received the item they sent me only a partial refund
I wanted to use the website again but it's not worth the risk
Felt like I was ignored due to me asking twice for updates and only received any service after emailing a different part of the website
I loved the hoodie wanted a smaller size now I will never shop there again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHARGED FOR A POSTAGE FEE FOR FAULTY ITEM!!!
I ordered a few items from Minga, and one of them arrived with noticeable stains on the fabric. I tried removing them myself, but they were clearly deep and didn’t come out. I contacted Minga right away. It took quite a long time to get a response, but eventually after around 5 emails back and forth they agreed to a return. I sent the faulty item back and kept the other items.
It took a month to get back refund, but they have charged me for a postage fee, FOR FAULTY ITEM!!! I have immediately emailed them, and it took them 2 WEEKS to get back to me!!!!! And what they said - “ after simply shaking it, the dust was gone” its all LIES!!! I tried myself few times and nothing was coming off.
Since then, they’ve been ignoring my emails completely. This has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly unprofessional, and I won’t be buying from them again. I also can’t recommend them to anyone — if you have any issues, be prepared for a frustrating process.
P.S. Just a little advice: if you ever experience a similar issue, make sure to record a video while you’re trying to remove the stain. That way, you have solid evidence that the marks or dirt aren’t coming off easily.

Ordered a few items one of them was…
Ordered a few items one of them was totally faulty and returned along with another item and I asked them to cover the cost of the return because I shouldn’t have to pay to return an item that’s faulty and they refused to refund me the shipping fee because I returned more than just the faulty item which is a ridiculous excuse and simply bad business practice. They took several days and a week in some cases to reply to any of the emails I sent. The quality of the clothes are questionable as well as the item I did keep shrunk in the wash using cold water. I wouldn’t order from here again nor recommend for anyone to purchase from here as their customer service is atrocious and while clothes are cute aren’t worth the price for the quality that they are.

No help or reply from customer service
It’s got to be 1 star because I’ve reached out to their support team via email on 3 separate occasions over the last 4-5 days and haven’t received a response yet. The return label they’ve provided won’t scan properly or be accepted by any of the DHL service points in my vicinity, and I’ve repeatedly reached out to ask for help. As a result, I wouldn’t shop at Minga again because I haven’t received the help and support I’d expect from an online retailer.

Bad Customer Service and Dodgy Quality
I bought a pair of jeans from them for £100, which sadly after 5 months split multiple times. I made sure to take good care of the jeans, and followed all the care instructions given. For a pair of jeans that cost £100 they should not be splitting that soon.
I reached out to the customer service as my assumption is that my pair was either defective or the quality is terrible, and I heard nothing back. I sent another email and again got nothing back except an automated response.
Unfortunately I wouldn't buy from them again, it isn't worth it for the money and if you do have any issues their customer service is non-existent. Shame, because I really like their designs.
