I've been using Respondi Mingle for over a year now, and overall, it's been a reliable and straightforward way to earn a bit of extra money in my spare time. The platform is easy to navigate, and signing up was quick and hassle-free. I appreciate that Mingle offers a variety of surveys on different topics, so things don’t feel repetitive or boring.

One of the biggest plus points is that the surveys are generally clear and don’t take longer than the estimated time. I also like that they’re transparent about what you’ll earn before starting each survey. The points system is fair, and while it’s not a way to get rich, the rewards do add up if you're consistent. They also offer different redemption options, including PayPal and gift cards, which is convenient.

There have been a few instances where I was screened out of surveys after starting them, which can be a bit frustrating, but that seems to be common across many survey platforms. On the bright side, they do sometimes compensate with a few points even if you don’t qualify.

Customer support is responsive, and I’ve had no issues with payments or account management. For anyone looking to earn some small rewards in their downtime, Respondi Mingle is a trustworthy and decent option.

A good medium for surveys. Not as prolific as some providers, but some good offers.

A good site for surveys but only getting 2 points if you don’t qualify is disappointing. Often told they have enough responses even though the email has just arrived in you inbox.

I get kicked from quite a lot of surveys but payouts are quick

Good variety of different questions

Mingle is one of the best survey site so far, with interesting topics and trying to consider the wellbeing of the people by acknowledging their opinions with a point.
Though sometimes get disqualified but they know how to compensate with 2 points.
People being unable to withdraw their points through bank account is the only challenge I have witnessed so far,aside this you people are doing well.

It is now 1 week since i posted the review below regarding the UK site. they sent their usual cut & paste response (see also below). I followed their instructions and of course they and the German site have yet to respond. It is now a month since my two enquiries. I beg you not to copy & paste the same response as this as I have already followed and nobody has responded, i will be posting a negative review every few days until my original enquiries are dealt with:

Their cusotomer "service" is terrible. One enquiry i have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back (ref 26969 and 27376). i've chased twice, but no response. They often have surveys where you give them the length of a whole 10-15 minute survey only to be tol, you are not fit for it. this should be sorted in a few quick questions, not a whole survey. mining us for free data. It's disgraceful and doesn't honour the time & effort people taking the surveys

Been on this survey site for alot of years now. Good rewards and tasks.

Survey are regular and a good length but ive had lots of trouble claiming rewards and either get "email address not recognised " or "error message " when i finally claimed an amazon voucher. Its all my work wasted on a voucher that doesn't work.

Enjoy completing the surveys and have already used my rewards to good use on Amazon. For a few minutes every so often it is well worth the time and trouble.

it's no problem filling in the occasional survey and I earn points. They just sit there till I want to buy something so you get something free

Quite often i complete 50% than get informed sorry do not meet profile only get 2 points

Love this site. Even if you don't qualify you still get 2 points. Points soon add up. Very rare you are screened out.

The surveys are varied and interesting but too often I am disqualified from completing
