Surveys.

There don't seem to be an awful lot of surveys even though i have the app and check regularly. It's also annoying and time wasting putting all your particulars down then getting disqualified for what reason?!. However it is one of the better sites which is why I do there surveys!.

The surveys are good

The surveys are good. I have had a couple of rewards but just lately quite a few that I didn’t fit the criteria. This is quite disappointing. It takes so long to collect points.

Mingle Review

Been doing surveys on Mingle for a while now.
Some surveys are interesting and a joy to complete, others are annoying as you start completing the survey but then get kicked off .... you're not the target audience wanted, there's been too many people within the same gender/age/area already completed.
Bit disheartening when the points required for giftcards etc. are so high.

Slow and steady.

Slow and steady.

Great way to learn about latest topics by giving your opinion at the same time. Easy to fill the answers and you earn rewards. It takes time to build up points to get rewards, but if you are not in hurry- its like a side hobby.

Waiting for my delivery over a month now , extremely disappointing

I have been waiting over a month and still haven't recieved my mingle bundle despite many emails and messages left on Facebook , in the message icon when going onto their website . I was informed over a week ago my package has been reposted and still waiting , their products are fantastic but their service is shocking, you way for today's to get replies back from emails and there is no direct contact number .
Extremely disappointed and I shall now look for an alternative

How many surveys you get mostly depends on your profile. Please make sure always keep your profile surveys complete and up to date so, as the information we have from these is crucial for determining which surveys are relevant for you. The more complete your profile is, the more surveys you will potentially get.

Easy to use, slow to accumulate rewards

Mingle is fine if you have spare time and in no hurry to accumulate rewards. There are a choice of vouchers which are easy to claim once you have sufficient points. However be warned time is always in excess of what the survey says and you can often spend 10 minutes answering before getting booted out as not suitable which is frustrating. You do get 2 points for trying but as you need 1500 for a reward voucher that is quite insulting! Topics do vary which is good, but sometimes bare no resemblance to your profile.

The survey times are detmermined via multiple test runs by us and the client. After this, the survey is opened to a limited number of participants - if it turns out that the average survey time considerably deviates from our estimates, we adjust the time and reward accordingly before fully launching the survey. If the average time deviates even more during the full run of the project, we make further adjustments. In short, the times given in the invitations always mirror the average time of all complete participations at the time the invitation was sent out. Individual deviations from this average are inevitable. However, screenouts should always happen within the first 2-3 minutes of a survey, no matter the given duration. If you are getting screened out later, please don't hesitate to contact our support via the contact form in your account, they will be happy to take a look at the issue and reimburse you for your time.

Depending on the topic of a survey a precise preselection is not always possible, as our profile surveys cannot cover every possible topic. Because of this it can seem that a survey isn't relevant to you at all, but we do try to preselect the surveys as precisely as possible with the info given in your profile.

I do like doing the surveys the timings…

I do like doing the surveys the timings can be off plus you get part way through the survey and it stops and will only give you 2 points which is disappointing

Getting screened out of surveys is normal and an elemental component of online market research, because every survey has specific target groups as well as a set number of participants, both set by the clients. If you are not part of the target group or the number of participants has already been reached, you are screened out and are credited 2 points. However, this should only happen within the first 2-3 minutes of a survey - if you are getting screened out later than that, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support via the contact form in your account.

Mingle is a trustworthy site

Mingle is a trustworthy site with quality surveys, it takes me awhile to get to pay out, but the reward then comes almost instantly, I rarely have problems with the site though as some people say the estimated times are to be taken with a pinch of salt and occasionally I finish a survey to be told I’ve been disqualified but I feel it’s one of the best more professional survey sites and do recommend others try it.
