Rubbish company

We booked a return taxi ride to the airport. On the way out the driver was 30 mins late picking us up, causing us some stress to get to our flight on time. We were told this was because of ‘traffic’, despite the journey being early on a Sunday morning.
On the way back we were lied to repeatedly by despatch, saying our driver was only a few mins away. In reality he was over half an hour late again and refused to meet us at the designated meeting spot. He was then very rude and unprofessional. It seems a lot of other people have had similar experiences, despite the flood of some clearly fake positive reviews. Garbage company, garbage service. Would give 0 stars if possible. Definitely avoid

Unsafe for Family Travel - Do Not Use!

If you are traveling with children, avoid MiniCabRide. I specifically requested two toddler seats well in advance and MiniCabRide confirmed availability via email and over the phone the day before our trip. Despite their guarantees, the car arrived and one of the provided seats was damaged and completely unsafe to use. The driver admitted he had warned the company beforehand that he could not provide two functioning child seats, but dispatch insisted on assigning him our ride anyway. Unsafe service for family travel.

Strongly recommend!

I needed to urgently book a same-day airport transfer at the very last minute and I tried calling other providers before but none had availability on such short notice. MiniCabRide saved the day by helping me book it so quickly over the phone. I received a link few minutes after the call to pay and everything was organised and sorted out. Driver was on the way shortly after. George was extremely helpful and professional and helped with luggage during pick up and drop off. 5 stars all the way!! I will definitely use your service again. Thank you, really!

Great experience

Communication, reservation and the transport were great. We were 4 persons with 3 suitcases and hand luggage and we got very spacious van. The driver was very friendly and we felt safe in his vehicle. He was 22 minutes late, but the fault was the previous customer's problem. Overall great experience, thank you.

Unprofessional and rude customer support

Unprofessional, rude, threatening customer service, after they lied several times over the phone about arrival time, payment options. The application is useless, showing random changes in arrival time, which had nothing to do with traffic, as it turned out later, jsut they lied to admit, that there was no driver available at that point. This was the first and last time ive used their services.
