Excellent Service! Will book again.

This is the first time we used Mini Cab Ride. They picked us up from our cruise in Southampton and took us to London Heathrow. They were early for pick up. The driver was excellent and friendly. The car was comfortable.
We will definitely book them again!

Better than we expected and very efficient booking and service

I was really pleased to be able to book via WhatsApp whilst I was abroad on holiday. The person with whom I was chatting was excellent and took all the details. We had been rerouted to avoid Dubai problems and were coming in to a different airport than expected.
When we arrived at Heathrow, our driver was waiting even though our flight was 40 minutes early. He helped with our luggage and took us to his luxury E Class Mercedes. We were exhausted from over 30 hours’ travel and slept most of the way to Stansted.
Our driver was excellent and had offered to take us right to our car in the Long Stay car park, so talked to the car park attendant to get us through the barrier, followed our directions to find our car, and put our luggage in the boot. Wonderful service. Would use them again.

Biggest scam company

Biggest scam company, they tell you can book a cash booking for airport runs then when they are meant to arrive they don't show up and ask you to transfer money so they can secure your cab - used Bolt instead and was much cheaper and more efficient.

Would be happy to recommend

Easy to order and pay or taxi in advance on the app. Good communication via email from MiniCabRide. Our driver Irfan was polite and friendly and picked us up at exactly the time taxi was booked for. Not the cheapest way to travel from Covent Garden to Gatwick airport but because we had such an early start it was perfect for us.

Your driver was argumentative and found to be disrespectful towards me. I was tell him that I was receiving text messages that gave me a set of directions which I was following. He didn't want to hear that.

Reliable and quick

The driver was early and got us to the station safely. However, it sounds like something happened with scheduling, where he didn't know he was to pick us up so early until 4 AM that morning. He called the dispatcher and had the conversation with us in the car. I think maybe he should have waited until after we had left, but it sounds like he was put in a bad position.
