Ordered pins and bushings for my mini excavator on a Saturday from the US, parts arrived on Friday, 6 days later (5 working days) Quality is as expected and for a heavy box imported in the shipping time was fantastic. I will be back for more as needed!

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
They clearly don't care about hiw long stuff takes to arrive. I asked several times to have it overnighted and instead I'm here waiting on this part still 8 days after ordering and says another 5 days to go. Will never use this place again awful bussiness

We can only apologise for the delay, we did contact you on the day you placed the order 22nd for further information and you did not get in contact with us until the 25th. your order left us on the 25th after you confirmed the information needed on a 1-2 day service as requested at no extra cost to yourself. This is the fastest option to the US from the UK, unfortunately once the order has left us we cannot control how long US customs take to process your shipment.
