Great Experience

Very helpful when I selected the incorrect product. Helped me find the correct products and work through the purchase for my machine. Very quick to respond via email. Parts come within advertised timeframe.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

They clearly don't care about hiw long stuff takes to arrive. I asked several times to have it overnighted and instead I'm here waiting on this part still 8 days after ordering and says another 5 days to go. Will never use this place again awful bussiness

We can only apologise for the delay, we did contact you on the day you placed the order 22nd for further information and you did not get in contact with us until the 25th. your order left us on the 25th after you confirmed the information needed on a 1-2 day service as requested at no extra cost to yourself. This is the fastest option to the US from the UK, unfortunately once the order has left us we cannot control how long US customs take to process your shipment.
