Order from August did not arrived and not replying emails
I have made order in August and have been waiting for the order be shipped or money sent back for almost five months. They have default set up on webpage saying that three months is to be expected for the delay and to be honest - that is not ok. At least, they should ship items that are not custom made. My friends did not receive their Christmas presents because of their not sending my order in time (or at all). I have payed everything in advance and this feels, after reading all of the reviews vs their newsletter that I just received, like a scam. They know there is a list of people that still wait for their goods to be shipped and they still decide to get more people to buy things that they will not refund or send.

Very nice products with very good finishes. My minifigures collection looks great in the frames. The waiting time was higher than I expected this time, but it worth it. It is my second purchase and I will buy more in the future.
Order placed in May - still not received
Edit, 30 January 2021:
Minifigures Display has requested that the below email correspondence is deleted. I believe it illustrates my shopping experience with them quite well and has decided to keep. However, it has been amended to remove employee names. That said, I have yet to receive a response from them to my request for the order to be cancelled and refunded - will initiate the dispute request via Visa.
Ordered a Display Frame in May 2021 but despite multiple email chasers and enquiries no frame has been received.
The email responses received seem to match what others has been told.
I have now given up hope of receiving anything and have as a consequence asked for a refund. Will update/edit here with the progress of that process.
Based on this, I have only recommend to stay away from this site.

"Hello [my name],
Sorry for the late response. We're working with a limited staff and it's taking more than usual to answer queries.

With follow-up received on 10 Nov:
"Hello [my name],
Sorry for the late response. We were managing this matter with our courier service.
Your order appear like dispatched in our system, but we couldn't found tracking information. We've checked it with courier and it seems that it was not dispatched. They informed us that they tried to locate the package but there was not found. We're afraid that this could have been lost during shipping or in courier warehouse.
We're so sorry about this matter. We are preparing your order again and the new estimated date of dispatch is the week of November 22nd.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for your understanding.

Contacted them again on 30 November to confirm shipping. With below reply received on 2 Dec:
"Hello [my name],
We have a 2 week delay in production, and this order is still being finished to be shipped next week.
We're so sorry for the delay.

Followed up again on 18 December and received on 22 December a more auto-generated reply that seems to loop back to the beginning.
"Hi [my name],
Unfortunately the processing of your order will take longer than expected. We do our very best to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive automatically an update by e-mail.
Please note that it is not possible for our customer service to expedite the shipment. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the item has been handed over to the shipping service provider.

I ordered 3 x Star Wars Mini-figure…terrible service
I ordered 3 x Star Wars Mini-figure frames back in April 2021 and as per other negative reviews of company it took them 5 months to deliver the frames which arrived finally in September 2021. I was enquiring and checking regularly but there was 1 month or so where they notified all customers that they would not be working at all so hence frames never moved from being processed for manufacturing status to being manufactured. Even after that it took another month to manufacture and deliver. I was excited when the frames finally came but when I removed them from the box one of them was broken quite considerably with a half a metre of wood snapped off and hanging from top corner of frame and box was clearly damaged by delivery company. I obviously tried to set up a ticket with delivery company on the damage but they said I had to claim via Minifigures Display. When I tried to make claim there were two or 3 replies where had to send photos of box etc but when I chased after a month of no further reply they have not responded since. Tried again and still no reply on the matter so furious
I finally got a replacement frame without the lego pieces in middle, so have upped the stars from 1 to 3 star

The frames look amazing. I'm always very happy with all the products I order. The quality is perfect. Customer service is very nice. As usual I had to wait a while but it's well worth it. This time I have seen the progress of my order which is something new to me.
I recommend this company.
Customer Service Needs Serious Help
Scam. Ordered June 1 and began asking about my order in late September. I get back an automatic form email every time that says:

Update:
Within hours of posting this review on November 2 I had 2 emails from Minifigure Displays. 1 was notifying me that my order had gone missing due to "the courier" and would have to be remade. The second was requesting that I remove this review.
The item finally shipped the week of November 15 after having ordered in June. I have received the item and it is very nice, however I do not think I would have received this order had I not posted this review. For this reason I will not be ordering from this company again.
Update 2: when I made the first update after receiving the item I changed the stars from 1 to 3 and changed the title from "scam" to what it is now; however I still received an email from Victor expressing displeasure with the review. 2/3 communications with the company have been complaints over this review and nothing about the complete lack of communication between June and November when they were ignoring my emails about my lost order.
Update 3: Re the company response below, the "tracker" on the website never showed my order as progressing (presumably due to the order getting lost before shipment) which is why I had to begin emailing them in September, and I never received any response or update from these messages asking for an update until I posted this review and they magically appeared to report that my order had gotten lost and to tell me to remove the review.

Superb product, lengthy delivery
Even though the execution of my order took very long (June to September), when the product arrived I was super happy. Beautiful product, well crafted in every detail. Now I’m keeping it as a Christmas gift for my son and am sure he will be thrilled. Would buy again despite biblical delivery times. Highly recommended. Ps customer service was great too, they helped me with account creation and delivery address change. They were very apologetic about the delay. Overall positive experience.

Super happy with my new frames
Super happy with my new frames. I've bought several large frames from this site other times and always excellent quality. This time I've ordered small frames and I'm very pleased with it. The quality is exactly the same, but in a small size. Better that I expected. As usual, took some time to arrive, but it's worth it. Again I recommend this company.
Eventually got my money back.
Original order date 2020-10-14. Started to inquire about my order about a month later. After reaching out several times, and posting a review at Trustpilot I eventually got my money back about a year later. Because I got my money back and since I had a more positive experience when ordering a frame in 2017 I am upgrading the rating to a 2. Hopefully they can make it back to the same level of service as in 2017.
The best way to display a collection!
I was looking to frame a large LEGO Star Wars minifigure collection. I reached out to the MinifiguresDisplay customer service team who worked with me to place a large order, walking me through every step of the process as well as offering a bulk discount. The shipping took 3 days once the frames were completed in Spain, and all frames were packaged carefully. These frames are tough, and built and painted well. The craftsmanship is stellar, and all of the inverted slope bricks are applied straight and flush. Of the 1,800+ that were applied for my frames, one came off during shipping, but none broke off while I placed the more than 1,300 minifigures.
The frames are easy to open and fill, and look incredible. As a proud collector, I’m very pleased with how my collection looks. They come highly recommended!
Do not use
Do not use! Waited over 2 months now. Said out for delivery. Still not received over a week later! All I want is my money back!! Postage cost was a lot so they have £100 of my money. Hopefully PayPal sort it out.
