Worst Customer Service ever

I have ordered two minifigure displays on the 24th of September last year (2022) - we are now on the 28th of April and I still have not received my order.

I have written to them on so many occasions where they refuse to answer my emails and keep telling me my order has shipped - and still nothing....

I like how they take our money under false pretences and then don't give you any attention - I am at a loss of over €200 and my son is still waiting for his displays - I do wonder will they ever turn up - I don't know they convinced Lego to allow them use their name on their website as they certainly do not live up to the ethos that is Lego!!

Stay away from this company!

Update July 2023 - still nothing received - I have contacted the E.U. Commission about this as this is a scam and if I can help others avoid being scammed. It makes me sad to see so many people have been scammed too 😳😳

Legal company!

I've read the reviews, and I feel compelled to write this because I understand it can be frustrating, but I've bought several times here and I can assure it is a legal business. It is right that the company takes a lot of time to manufacture and the waiting is long, but the product is worth it and I recommend it to every single Lego fan.

I understand that they have a lot of work and this causes delays in sending or responding to emails, but they always send the orders!

Ridiculous Wait, Terrible Communication... but Good Product

Ordered over 18 months ago. At first they communicated well citing shipping errors, but it's clear now they were just making excuses. Never received product, never responded to refund request (or any other emails in the past 3 months, for that matter). Avoid this retailer.

*EDIT* After two years, my product finally arrived. Product is great, but be prepared to wait with little to no communication from the company. Order at your own risk, I suppose.

Awful company. Damaged item and they have ghosted me.

I ordered a frame in November. It didn't arrive until March. When it arrived it arrived damaged. The company told me they would replace it but it would take time as they needed to contact the delivery company. Its been 43 days and they have cut all contact. Extremely unfair. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
To add. After writing the above review the company eventually got in touch to say they were replacing part of the frame. Unfortunately this was too little too late as I had gotten rid of the damaged frame. They never sent this and I got a full refund through PayPal. Copies of emails can be shown if anyone doubts me.

6 months + and item didn't arrive

6 months + and item didn't arrive. 3 - 4 weeks before lousy email reply. Said it would be delivered 27th march. Weeks later checked and status was still pending. Gave up. Claimed refund through credit card. Funny how i got an email straight away saying order was cancelled immediately but if you email they take weeks and weeks assuming they bother to reply

5 Months Not Arrived!!

I ordered a Display Case in October 2022, it is now April 2023 and it has still not arrived. A little over 5 months!!

With no communication as to why the product is late.

I would avoid at all cost. Very disappointed. I hope to acquire a refund.

4 MONTHS AND STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

Hello, I placed an order on January 2, 4 months later I still have not received my order. The order number is 10378. I hope it doesn't take much longer, if it doesn't arrive I'll have to take legal action.

They should give compensation for not meeting deadlines. I hope it is not a web scam. But from other comments I see, it looks like it.

Good product but it'll take months to arrive.

I've bought from this company before and written a positive review. I had to wait 3 months the first time but it was worth it: the frame was excellent and arrived with no fuss. This time, however, the experience was less positive. Although the frame was again of high quality, the wait had increased to 6 months, which is just not acceptable for this kind of product. I chased via their customer service department and often received no reply. When they did bother to get back to me I received a number of cut 'n' paste excuses (literally, the font changed mid-way through their emails) blaming lack of parts, slow delivery, etc. There were also two promised shipping dates that didn't materialise (something other reviewers have complained about too), which made the long wait even more frustrating.

In short, this is a company that make a good product but seem unable to get it out within a reasonable time. Their after-purchase service is unhelpful and unreliable, which makes the overall customer experience poor. As someone else mentions in one of their reviews, their website is slick and professional, but that's not the kind of service I've experienced (now twice) after purchase. I wish they'd sort it out because their product is really good!

Didn't arrive in more than 5 months

I placed an order back in november 2022. We are at the end of March now. Still no order, no response to any of my emails. It was supposed to be a gift. Very disappointing experience

Update 5 April 2023:
It's been a week since I received an email saying my order is ready to be picked by a transporter and as soon as it's picked I'll get the shipment tracking information. As u guessed it hasn't been shipped

Dont buy here, very low quality!

Was very happy when i found this. Ordered one.. after 3 months i get the product. Very poor quality, one brick was missing, corners of the frame not even and it had scratches all over. Contacted the customer service but the refused it, ive send pictures and all. Very dissepointed of this company. Last time that i order here a frame. Hope LEGO will read this as well.

I would avoid at all costs

Very very disappointed with this company.

Terrible communication and after various attempts at making contact without success we had to contact our bank and report is a fraudulent company to get our money back.

They could have a great product (Don't know as never received anything) but if they continue to treat customers the way the seem to be recently they will not be around for much longer.

Really terrible

Really terrible. I wish wish wish I had read the other reviews on here and now can't get my money back.

I ordered 2 sets of bricks for a workshop I was hosting. I placed the order in February (17th and 21st). After a week I tried following up to track shipping. This all looked like it could be done through the website at the time of planning the order but was always stuck on processing when I checked. I finally found on the website how to send an email and had a reply saying they were waiting for a big shipment and couldn't cope with demand. Any other emails after that went unacknowledged and unanswered. I asked for the shipment to be cancelled because I knew it wouldn't arrive in time for my workshop on 8 March. On 9 March I receive an email saying its about to be shipped and did I definitely want to cancel, to which I confirmed I did and I wanted a refund. Again no acknowledgement or reply to that email despite chases. I've no lego, haven't received any refund and can't get hold of the seller. The name on the two emails was from Victor.

Avoid at all costs!!

Took 6 months to get a Broken Frame

The Good: The frame looks like it would hold the advertised 105 figures.

The Bad: LONG DELAY - Took just shy of six months to get my frame. Poor customer service - Rude or no replies to inquiries.

The Ugly: Finally received package today. Frame has 3 inch scratch on front of the finish, and 2+ inch crack/split in corner. This makes frame completely unusable as a display piece. Even if undamaged, the frame feels lightweight and does not seem to be made of quality material.

06/29/23 - Update: When I last talked to MinifigureDisplay in March they said they were working to send me a replacement frame. It's been four more months and I haven't heard a word from them until today when they send me an offer of a 15% Refund to remove my review. No mention of my new frame's status, just trying to bribe me to hide the truth. No thanks.

They are liars.

Like everyone else, they took my money over 8 months ago and failed to deliver. Worse they constantly lied saying it would be sent, then their molding machine broke, then it was something else.....perhaps they were trying to string me along past the 180 day limit on PayPal. Originally, I thought they were just incompetent and had taken on too many orders, but now I know they are liars and scammers. Avoid, please.

This Company Delivers Late

Editing the below review because I finally received the frames. They are indeed pretty awesome cases. However, I would still not do business here again due to the communication and delays, unless I read of improvements. I’ll raise to two stars.

Ordered two frames in September. I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery at checkout. Finally emailed them a few weeks ago and they promised delivery week of 1/30. Nothing. Have emailed them multiple times and no response now. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and going with a more reputable company. I hear these displays are great but not worth the hassle dealing with unprofessional people that can’t manage their workload yet continue to accept new orders. Do not use this company.
