I ordered a TOV coffee table for my formal living room and found M&M to be very helpful through the entire process. They kept me up to date on the status of my order especially during the pandemic. Would totally recommend ordering through them.

Horrible experience with customer service. Ordered a desk for my daughter 2 months ago. It came badly damaged. After arguing with them for 2 weeks they finally agreed to send another one. Second one came badly damaged also. Our delivery guys says this company should be sending furniture through freight mail, not regular service but they dont want to spend the extra money. Still waiting for a response from customer service for the 2nd damaged desk for over 2 weeks now. Nobody answers their phone or returns emails.....not a good sign. Had no choice but to call my credit card company and cancel the charges. Dont waste your time....order from a reputable well known company.

The purchasing process is frustrating right now due to covid but everything has been handled professionally. These counter stools were worth the wait. They are more sturdy than I had imagined and very current and classy. Looking forward to receiving the matching chairs for the kitchen table.

The coach is great. Beautiful color. Solid build. My only complaint is that the measurements aren't as advertised. Which was disappointing. Great experience dealing with Minimal & Modern.

I hadn't heard of Minimal & Modern before but saw great reviews. I love love love the dining room set! Great communication with customer service. The set has a luxurious glam feel soon as you walk in the room! Will be ordering more chairs!

Do not order from this company. The management does not care about your concerns or need four refunds. I have been waiting for months for my refund. Save yourself the trouble.

Found a nice piece for a reasonable price. Was told due to COVID related shipping issues, the loveseat was going to be delayed a few months. All things considered, that was reasonable and I agreed. 3 months later, I get an email saying my order was cancelled without explanation. Waste of time. Strong thumbs down for these guys.

I ordered my dream table from Minimal and Modern, and when it didn’t fit into my apartment, I worked with Josh from the company to help resolve. He was extremely accommodating, kind and got the issue resolved in just a few days. Great customer service!

even though we didn’t get our side table in time, joshua was a big help in getting a replacement. really appreciated the personable customer service experience.

Company is trash, customer service is garbage. Nobody returns calls. They say email response is fastest within 12 hours, lies! 7 weeks and I keep getting the run around. I pretty much lost $1000. I figure now ill never get refund or what I ordered. Do not buy from these guys. Beware

Love how soft the chair is, seems durable and the color is a nice blue.
