Customer service was very accommodating when two items that I purchased on final sale did not fit, despite the size being suggested by the web sites guide to sizes.

First time trying their clothing and very happy I did. High quality material and perfect fit. Customer service could not be any better.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I wasn’t happy with the size I ordered and Rose went out of her way to accommodate me, thus creating a lifelong customer. The clothing is fantastic. I can’t believe the high quality and travel friendly attire I got for the price!

The black Atlas “t” and the grey polo I’ve purchased are lightweight, fit well, and are very comfortable. I am thankful my wife found the MOS site as she was looking for good quality clothes for travel later this year. My MOS purchases to date will work well. And truth in advertising, I have hand washed the shirts and they do air dry overnight.
Would like to give a shout out to MOS customer service. The MOS customer service employees have been responsive and head and shoulders above many of the online retail customer service reps I have dealt over the last two year.
I love wearing my Atlas black “t” when I am feeling Jack Reacher and decide to dress in black for the day. Attention to detail like the ribbing on the short sleeves. I like. Will buy more stuff.

I was looking for low maintenance, business casual shirts that were comfortable and didn't need ironing. The product has lasted me for years of weekly wear with simple machine washing. The style is minimalist and that makes it longer lasting without falling out of fashion trends. In particular, the sizing recommendations on the website have been accurate. In one instance an order was late, and I was given a discount. I have found the service to be far above average.

Exceptional customer service only rivaled by the quality of the clothes.

All of my items were of excellent quality and perfect fit. Unfortunately for a gift I bought one coat that turned out not to be suitable. The team was relentless in solving my issues and handing off the case seamlessly (excuse the pun) between teammates. In the end my issue was resolved with the help of the team.

I wont hesitate to order from Ministry of Supply again or to recommend to a friend.

Always a great experience. High quality clothing, incredible and long lasting fabrics, and wonderful customer service. On the pricier side, but you get what you pay for and they are a cut above most clothing brands.

Shirt unfortunately didn’t fit quite as I’d hoped, which turned out to be a shipping error. The staff were very attentive in fixing the issue and refunded the purchase promptly when stock levels couldn’t provide a replacement. Would definitely recommend on customer service alone.

This is my favorite clothes company period.. quality, comfort, enovation, no wrinkling no dry cleaning, environment friendly.. And on top of all that.. Customers service is phenomenal
