Worst customer service.

It took months before the dresses where deliverd. When I opened the package the dress was already broken.
I told them by mail, and they told me that i already had them for too long. What is seriously lousy service..
You suck!! Never gonna buy something from this fake ass website.

If it was possible to leave this company ZERO stars I definitely would! I made a purchase a month ago and customer service is horrible and sends the same automated response. Tracking number doesn't work . Still no package or tracking 4 weeks later on a 35$ dress I ordered for my daughter.

No news on why or where the second dress is.

Have not received an order placed 35 days ago. Customer service did not actually respond to my claim - just said it would be 7-8 more business days after three weeks into it. Will dispute through Visa.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing. Sooo disappointed in the quality of the dress I bought, plus the sizing is inaccurate. I have tried contact them in multiple ways to do a return and no one responds spite what it says about customer service on their site. What a waste!

The dresses on their site ARE NOT REAL; they were generated with AI. I was fooled last year and bought a couple. I received cheap, poorly-made slop with split seams, crooked necklines, and trim that hangs off its edge. They are flat, not full. They are PRINTED, not embroidered. They look nothing like their listing photos. THEY. ARE. FAKE.
What's worse, you write for a return and they try to negotiate a partial refund. You request a full refund for all items sent back, so you pay thirty bucks to send them back to China where they get stuck in customs for MONTHS and finally refused on delivery, only to return to your doorstep to haunt you one year later, and you're ghosted by 'customer service.'
Misrepresented product. Company deceives customers.

Scam company. They use photos of beautiful children’s dresses but send dresses that are low quality, printed designs instead of the embroidered details that you expect. The price looks like a great deal when you order based on the website pictures but the quality you receive is so poor. Not worth the money. Wish they would just be honest with the products they are selling.

If I could leave no stars I would.

Firstly I ordered over a month ago for halloween. Two outfits for both kids. To be told they would arrive well before the 31st. What a lie. Arrived a week later, so had to find something else for both kids. Its fine, it doesnt matter i'll use em next year no problem.

Secondly, I order a pretty little dress for my 8 year old. Hand knitted lots of detail. No, its a lie. It has a slight frill mainly printed. I spent 50 quid.

Then I thought I was getting a sweatshirt and bottoms. NO! What a joke I need to read the small print. Its just the jumper, even though it showed both in photo.

Worst experience. Appauling quality and over charged. I'd return if it wasnt made in another country. I think i've spent enough. Will never go back.

Shipping delays - a month to arrive; items were broken and 4 items missing altogether. I have messaged customer service to no avail and they will not respond.

Part of my order didn't arrive even though I ordered on 20/09/2025. The delivery document said they were all there but that was untrue. I an down £15
Don't be a fool like me. Don't use this supplier.

Mini Taylor: Where Customer Service Goes to Die

If there were an award for the most useless online store, Mini Taylor would win it by a landslide. I ordered a simple dress for my daughter — not a spaceship, not a custom diamond gown — a dress. Weeks went by… nothing. No tracking, no update, no response. When I finally emailed (twice, because apparently one email isn’t enough to wake their customer service zombies), they suddenly “discovered” my package was lost in transit.

And their solution? Not a refund. Not an apology. Nope — they told me to pick another item and pay them five extra dollars because the one they LOST was cheaper. Let that sink in: they lost the order and then sent me an invoice for it.

Their customer service emails read like they were written by an AI trained on bad excuses: “please send photo,” “we will arrange for you,” “sorry for inconvenience.” You could replace them with a Magic 8 Ball and get better results.

I wouldn’t trust this company to ship a paperclip across the street. Between the missing package, copy-paste apologies, and nerve to charge me extra, this experience was a circus — and they were the clowns.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far, far away from Mini Taylor. The only thing they deliver is disappointment.

I received my order without the Embroidered dress, which was the main reason for the order, no contact information phone number, only email that nobody responds to! So disappointed. Website makes you believe it is made in USA but i’m not sure thats true. When I looked at the Instagram is said their name had been changed 3 times, wish I saw that before I got scammed

I purchased a mom and me dress for Halloween. Product is cheap. Doesn’t fit correctly. Website stated you can request a refund within 30 days. I’ve emailed them 6 times requesting refund instructions just to be told they do not provide a label as their website states. Do not waste your time ordering from them. Get a custom made dress from reliable sources like Etsy. I’m fighting to return this garbage and get my money back.

Parcel arrived one month later with one item missing! Disappointing.

The clothing is very poor quality. It looks embroidered at first, but in reality the designs are just printed. The dresses are unattractive and don’t look nearly as nice as they do on the website. Tried to return the stuff but they said I had to send it to china and pay for it. On top of that, the logo is a clear rip-off of the Mini Boden logo.

This is a terrible online store and a very untrustworthy company. I placed an order on August 17, 2025, and more than a month later, I still haven’t received my item. They promise fast delivery, but that is simply not true. Every day I was told it was on the way, yet nothing ever shipped. My order never arrived. To make matters worse, they also never refunded my money. I strongly advise others not to buy from them. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and operates like a scam.

This company is the worst. I ordered some of the dresses and only received half my order. It took weeks to get the first half wrote the company and was told the other half was coming. Never received! Also the dresses are nothing like the picture very cheap! Now they don’t even answer me

Just know you can return your item...TO CHINA at your own cost.

The above order was for 2 dresses. What eventually arrived wasn't anything like the advertised dresses. The material quality is poor, the sizing is a joke. And even the style is different. Served me right for not liking at trust pilot reviews before buying. To return the items spying be expensive, and tbh, I'm not convinced if I did return the dresses, that I'd actually get my money back, given the dishonesty so far.

Package never delivered. Contacted customer service and they stated I received package. Contact 2 times after that and they never replied. Trash.
