Ordered a dress for Easter in January said it was on the way at the end of January still not here, easter has now gone so no use to me, emailed about a refund no reply and no refund, disgraceful company wouldn't recommend

Awful company took my money no response no dress nothing sooo bad

Order has never arrived. I ordered February 1st, 2026. It is now May 3rd, 2026. I have requested a refund two months ago, and they have claimed the past two months that they will be delivered. Buyer beware.

I would not recomend these at all. Incapable of completing an order correctly and refusing to refund you. Do not trust this conpany dodgy and scammers

I just wish I could have my money back. Bloody scammers!! I bought the little dress back in January… nothing yet!! Sent emails etc… nothing!! So please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I would rate as a 0 if I could. I ordered a child's dress on January 2nd, 2026. They stated that is was delivered 17th January. However, the tracking details show that it was delivered to a property in London and it stated that it had been left in the owners garage. 1. I live in Glasgow, Scotland 2. I don't have a garage. I have emailed the company 4 times with no response, however, the do keep sending me marketing emails. Ridiculous.

There fast on taking the money and not sending you the items!!! Be careful don’t order from this fake company!!!!

I purchased from them years ago without any issues, but this latest order never arrived and it has been shipped 7 weeks ago. They do not respond to any communication attempts to resolve. Tracker is not updating from “label created” status. Avoid them as they became a scam it seems

Didn’t receive my parcel and now they’re ignoring me. They replied to my first message and said they were very sorry and I would receive two dresses as a sorry. I didn’t receive anything and no answer to numerous emails that I have sent after this. Don’t get scammed like me!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 rating I would! Horrible company. I ordered in Jan, they send a message saying it had been shipped with no movement since. I have contacted their “customer service”, I use that term loosely. They will not respond, I have tried 4 different times with no response. DO NOT ORDER, SCAMMERS!!!!

THE ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED, AND WHEN I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY, THEY ACKNOWLEDED THEY HAD A PROBLEM AND THAT THEY WOULD NOTIFY ME IN FIVE DAYS. THIS ORDER WAS PLACED JANUARY 10, 2026. NOW, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY TEXTS OR EMAILS. I WISH TO REPORT THEM FOR FAILURE TO RESPOND OR REFUND. BAD BUSINESS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order with Minitaylor on January 3rd 2025 for €120. I recieved order and Tracking number. I recieved email my order was delivered but I never recieved order. When I checked Tracking number it comes up delivered but no address as to where delivered to. I emailed suppot@ minitaylor to inform them my order didn’t arrive. They emailed me back to say they were sorry my order didn’t arrive and would look into where order went. If they could not find my order they would resend my order in five days by fast post with a complementary free dress for inconvenience caused. I still have not received order. I have sent three email to company and now they won’t answere my email. Stay away from this company they take your money and you recieve no goods.
