Total scam paid for a little dress for my grandaughters birthday on the 10th Jan still haven't had it or a refund despite numerous messages sent

Order was never delivered!

Order end of Dec 25 never came and despite many emails no dress and no refund just one email promising replacements in Feb....how can they get away with this as I am not the only one who sent money in good faith. Hope to get a response one day. What else can I do?

I ordered a girls unicorn dress for $40 in December. I never received the dress and now the tracking has disappeared.
After multiple emails no response. Very disappointed.

They are a scam operation! I bought the nutcracker dress and when they said it was delivered but I never got it I reached out to customer service via email. They responded said they would express ship it immediately. Weeks later it still never arrived. I sent follow up emails and never got responses. Never got the dress. Never got refunded.

They deserve a minus 10! They are definitely a scam company. It appears that everyone has has the same experience with non delivery of their purchase. Horrible company, they should not be allowed to advertise anywhere. I will let everyone know how awful this company is..Please don't order from them you will be scammed!!

They shipped my products to the wrong country, and despite numerous emails, they never responded. They haven't sent the products or issued a refund. They are absolutely unhelpful! I will never shop with this company again and I don't recommend them to anyone; your money is wasted, don't buy from them. I will report this company to consumer rights authorities!

I ordered a dress from the website in the beginning of January. The shipping address is CA but the company sent the dress to UT. A promise to send ra eplacement dress has not happened and now I am fighting to get my money back from my bank. They do not even deserve 1 star. Do not order from this scam company

I sent a $330 order to minitaylor for Easter clothes for my grandchildren, on January 9th. I received notification that the order was delivered on January 21st. However no package was received. I sent an email saying there was no delivery and no delivery was seen on the security camera. They responded quite quickly, saying they would ask the courier. And then resend the order. Then they emailed again on Feb 15th saying the new order had entered Australia and they would update the status and should arrive within 8 business days. And no response from them since.

Do not order from this company an absolute scam! I ordered a dress for my daughter nearly two months ago and still never received it despite being told I would receive it 7-8 business days later. That was a month ago!

Ordered the clothing and it was delivered to a wrong address. When I contacted the company they said they would reship the items and sent a fraud tracking number. Now they are not responding to emails and they appear offline. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.

No order was ever sent after we paid. Wed have sent numerous emails to their support, and received one response that gave us a fake tracking numbere thaaqt does not correspond to any known carrier. They recently changed their address on the web site to 8735 Dunwoody Place, STE N Atlanta GA 30350 which is a medical facility. The prior address in Colorado was for the Colorado Institute of Education". DO NOT buy from these fake vendors - you will lose your money.

SCAMMERS!!! I would give no star rating if possible. Ordered a cute costume for a toddler. Weeks and weeks of emails and then empty promises of sending an extra costume as an apology. 5 weeks or so later i contacted PayPal & I received my refund. After reading other reviews I realize the photos on their website have been taken from another company. SCAMMERS! Stay away from this fake company

Placed an order on Jan 24th. Charged my credit card for $189+. Order never received. They haven't responded to four emails requests for updates. Now their websites appear to be offline. Complete scam.

I ordered three items of clothing in January and it was allegedly delivered to an address several hundred miles away from mine. My postcode would not work in the tracking system so the parcel was clearly labelled with a different address to mine. No response from them to any e mails sent.

I would give no stars if it were possible. Order made 13th Jan, confirmed on 18th it had been dispatched. Still not received the 2 dresses bought for my granddaughter.
Chased them by email(the only way to contact them) twice with no response.
Do not buy from this obviously fake company

Ordered 2 dresses. Never got. Sent me an email saying delivered. Told them never got. They emailed me back and said they would get me new order sent. Never got. Emailed 2 more times and crickets…. No reply. Filed a dispute of charges with Visa. They are checking into them!!!

I ordered $86 worth of girls clothing in January 2026 . A month went by and there is no info about the shippment, By now is too late to stop the payment. I have sent an email every single day including order # and extra info but nobody ever answers,. I am very disappointed since my first purchase arrived -very late - but arrived. This company seems inclined to SCAMS. It almost feels like they deliver on your first purchase but when you do a 2nd one then they rob you and there is no way to contact anybody and nobody is responsible. By the time you realize your purchase will never arrive, it is too late to stop the payment and they know that.
