This company is extremely transparent with what they sell to you.
But I highly urge ya'll to pick fast delivery for added reassurance and safety especially when your dealing with expensive toys.

I have just received a product from this company. It arrived pristine!
Before I ordered I had doubts about its authenticity. They were totally unfounded. I have spoken to Bella at customer services many times during the order and the replies were not only fast but humbled me in their kindness and help. There was a special offer so I bought two. The price suddenly changed from £51.90 to £81.24. Numerous emails to the company just brought irrelevant replies.
I have now been told that the price increase was due to the change in sterling to US dollars . If so the the price should have reduced by a few cents! The current offer has increased online to £69.30.
I hate being taken for an idiot. Exchange differences in 2 days. RUBBISH.

The delivery was fast and secure, even though I ordered it in Chinese New Year but once business assumes I'm happy with the delivery. Just need to update the shop app doesn't track the package properly.

Tobin and the customer service team were excellent. Highly communicative and answered all of my questions / concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Product arrived as expected (though it seems the tamper seal was cut… take a video when you unbox your shipment).

I purchased the Retroid Pocket Flip, and it is totally worth the money. It's a great little system that is versatile yet portable. The customer service was straightforward and very helpful. I asked for my tracking number and the status of my order, and they replied very quickly and gave me all the information I needed. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I have ordered the mini gaming PC with a i9-13900KF CPU. It was a bit lengthy arrival but once shipped it arrived very fast (delivery dest: DK).
