Fast and came in good condition

This was my first time ordering from minixpc.com, and the experience was seamless. My order was processed quickly and arrived much faster than I expected. The controller itself is a huge upgrade from my old one—great ergonomics and the buttons have a nice tactile feel. I'll definitely be back for more gear in the future

Was sent the wrong version of the flydigi cader 5 pro. Would have rated higher if you got my order right

Purchased onexplayer x1 air for this vendor. Received email confirmation 1 days later with confirmed pricing for $1299. Credit card was charged for $1299. 2 days later vendor came back claim parts and material gone up and demanded additional $300 or will have to cancel order. I told them you already confirmed pricing and charged my card. This is not the right way to do business if they can’t keep their word. You should not confirm pricing or charge my card before you know your own product cost. End up cancel the order and got my refund.

Bought the gpd win 5 with a discount and it was one of the best purchases I made in a while. They made process so simple and smooth and answered all my questions. Shipping was fast and the protection plan was affordable. Would highly recommend them and look forward to more purchases with them

I ordered the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro controller from these guys. It was international shipping so it took a while. My one complaint is the website didn't give me the USPS tracking number once it arrived in the US. (Or at least I couldn't find it.) I had to ask customer service for it.

My son wanted a very particular computer mouse and Minixpc was the only place I found where it was in stock. I was a bit reluctant as I didn't know the store. However, my worries were unfounded, as the mouse arrived in less than two weeks from Hong Kong to Finland. My son is super happy and I gladly recommend this store to my friends and family.

absolutely do NOT pay these scammers for "expedited shipping". paid $35 extra for it and that was a waste its been 4 days and my order isn't even packed yet.

Amazing customer service, I've had a couple of issues with controllers I've ordered. Manufacturing faults not the fault of the seller. Minixpc, have replaced both controllers, even when the manufacturers would not. Buy with confidence, I did l, and I'll continue to do so

Surprisingly, Minixpc asked me to make an additional payment after my purchase due to an increase in memory costs. I paid, and everything has been fine since then. I received my parcel one week after it was shipped.

I ordered the vader 5 pro controller from them and the controller is great, it came at close to perfect package condition at around 15 working days.

I was given a coupon eligible for purchase of the new Flydigi Vader 5 Pro on pre-order, and it was shipped promptly and came in a respectable amount of time. I purchased the controller and charging stand and received both in genuine new condition.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel I had to in this case. I had a flydigi Apex 4 controller for a few months that had broken. I had purchased it off of new egg and reached out directly to Minixpc to see if they would even respond and to let them know my controller had broken. To my suprise, they quickly responded and sent me a brand new apex Fly Digi 5 with no questions asked. I was very pleased without having to jump through a bunch of hoops and them showing trust that I was being honest (which I was). Will shop here again!
