Great online shop for items not available in the US.
This is a re-review of my previous experience. I may have been a bit too harsh in my critique.
The wait was lengthy, bit communication was clear. A national holiday fell in my shipment dates, and effected the time frame of my order.
Everything showed up very well packaged, and in pristine condition. I will purchase from minixpc again. Solid experience.

My first time buying there and probably not my last one :)
Since I wanted a OneXplayer device and they were not available in Europe I chose their site to order it. After buying, their Support wrote me and asked if my order was correct and and informed me about the shipping process. It took around 1,5 Weeks till it arrived but that was because of UPS and not them, I had to pay a small import fee but it was really small compared to what I expected. The device arrived and it works perfectly fine, thanks for the shopping experience :)

Company isn't a scam. Order was received even though it took much longer than expected.
Edit: I received my order in almost a month of waiting when the original expectation was 20 days at the longest. I'm not exactly sure why there was so much delay. It might of been the type of shipping the company choose to ship my item. As far as the item itself it works great. Ths item also came well packed with 0 issues. I'm extremely happy with my order. I would also consider ordering from them again as long as the communication is improved, and possible a better way to ship the product to the USA. Maybe even a different option to choose when picking shipping. I'm only adding the edit to my review instead of completely changing it. Since I was honestly concerned for a few weeks that I was scammed due to the lack of communication and inconsistencies tracking of my order.
I made an order on July 3rd. The order shipped on the 7th. On the 11th I saw an alert, when tracking my order, saying "Customs clearance delay". I reached out to the Minixpc to see if there was something they needed to do to help progress my order. After reaching out to them a couple of hours later I see an update with tracking saying " Customs clearance complete". This was on the 14th. My order didn't get an update again until the 20th. Which happens to be right after I sent another email. Both of my emails received a similar response from Minixpc saying "we're sorry it's moving slow we will ask them to ship it faster." No explanations beyond the already progressed past Customs clearance issue.
The update I saw when tracking on the 21st from DHL saying the order departed their location in Georgia and is on the way to my location TN. The distance between these 2 locations is maybe 3-4 hours.
Since the 21st I haven't seen an update whenever I track my order besides DHL saying its "en route" which happened to show up after the 3rd email I sent Minixpc. It's currently the 26th and I still haven't received my order. Customer service from Minixpc won't respond to my emails (they haven't responded since the 2nd email). Its 20+ days of shipping with my package "en route" over 6 days to travel 3 to 4 hours between locations. The entire shipping process has been extremely odd, and I'm not 100% sure i even had an order ship. With all the unexplained delays and Minixpc refusing to answer emails. I believe the site is a scam that is stealing people's money.

Hello.
I'm relatively dissatisfied with MiniXPC. Despite fast service, the support afterward is rather poor, and the 30-day money-back guarantee is pretty useless since the item is non-returnable. They point out customs fees and high return shipping costs, so it would be better to handle the sale yourself, so they say. The item has already been unpacked, but no response has been received despite being dissatisfied with the product. This is not customer-friendly, especially in times of competitors like Amazon.

Received the mouse that I bought and earlier then expected
I received the (gaming) mouse that I bought and it actually arrived earlier then expected.
Small complaint is maybe that the paperwork regarding the order with the actual product from Minixpc was in Chinese (Mandarin), something I can't read, but all e-mail traffic was in English, which is all that matters to me personally.
Never Ordering Again
I ordered key caps on May 7th and have yet to receive them May 26th. The tracking number provided showed no information. In fact it say “could not be found”. Order progress did not change on the shop app. Not convinced I’m getting my product.

Excellent customer service
As busy as I am, I have not yet had a chance to test the product itself. But the customer service alone was extremely wonderful! As little did I know, I made a purchase of an older version, then the customer service reached out to me and gave me an offer of upgrade to the newest version. It was not pushy, it was not careless, but actually letting me aware of the information and offere options then let me make my decision. The customer service who cares are the best customer service.
Good quality for a new brand, bad shipping quality control
Everything works well, the trackpad is supbar quality as expected and there are some marks on the leather keyboard, but I'm sad about the box my console came in. Since the packaging was bad and lacked padding, the console box had a huge hole in the lid. I had wished to display all of my boxes but now I have one damaged forever. Overall I'm pleased with the console itself, the battery is good and the charger is excellent, the aluminum finish looks great and so does the screen. The controllers ergonomics are okay, nothing fantastic. The buttons are decent for not being the big name players, nice clicky responsiveness except for the xyab buttons

(UPDATED) At the time of writing, I still haven’t received my order
I placed an order for an AG02 EGPU back on April 17, 2025. Despite the website stating that it would arrive 15 days after the order, it still hasn’t. Support has been friendly, and they finally gave me a shipping number. However, it has been stuck in Singapore for two weeks. I plan to update this review when I finally get an order update.
Update (5/15/2025): The order finally Came in nicely packaged. Everything seems to be there, just wish I had more shipping updates.
