I purchased a Beelink GTR7 mini PC from their website, back in July 2023. The product was shipped from China, but the initial tracking number provided was incorrect. I also noticed that the commercial invoice attached to the shipment declared a value lower than what I had actually paid. Although this caused me some concern, the package passed through customs without any issues. I requested an invoice reflecting the full amount I paid and received an MS Excel spreadsheet, which seemed somewhat dubious.

Communication was good. Device was received relatively quickly. The tracking was accurate. There isn't much to complain about yet. The only consideration is if I ever need warranty support because of a device flaw. I'll update my review with that info if the time ever comes. But as of now the shopping experience was similar to any other decent store.

the keyboard in its condition is fine, but there's one big problem, probably a manufacturing defect: the usb-c port on the keyboard is of very poor quality. It disconnects and reconnects by itself, hundreds of times over. I've used 3 different new usb-c cables, and the result is the same. be careful before you buy!

I got my item on time, and other than some minor damage on the packaging, it's in great condition.

Recently I purchased a Mchose G3 mouse here.
In a nutshell, the package arrived within the 8-20 days of issuing the tracking number.

Negatives are that you have to check through YunTrack and not through 17track. That can and will confuse customers and make them think the package was not sent and only temporary tracking number was issued.

Next issue is the currently viewing product and sold in last x amount of time numbers. Those are just randomly generated numbers which change every time you reload the site. That ain't giving the site a good look.

Item defective.

Very honorable company to make a purchase with and I will continue to spend my money with them in the future. I purchased my favorite pc controller for gaming to date the Flydigi apex 4 and I love it! I had a warranty issue with it recently and this company dealt with it exceptionally well. I am trusting them with my future gaming and pc purchases!

Ordered Honkai merch and got my package fairly fast through Canada Post.
Boxes were a tiny bit dented but that was probably the carrier's fault and not the website.
Everything inside was undamaged and in perfect working order.
Would use them again in the future.

MiniXPC was very friendly, and helped me to upgrade my order before it shipped.
Shipping was reasonably fast, considering the distance, and the product is of excellent quality. It's ready for whatever OS you want to install - I chose Windows 11.
I appreciate the silent, fanless chassis because I am using it as part of my entertainment system and didn't want any fan noise interfering with the sound from my audio system.
I also appreciated the ability to customise the build right on the manufacturer's website.

I have ordered a mouse almost 1 month ago and I haven’t got it yet.

Received quickly: 5 working days after ordering
It's a beautiful machine, Windows 11 is pre-installed so easy to put into service
Easy to contact customer service, quick and friendly response, thank you Bella.
Just a small downside regarding the tracking: the number given does not work, I had to contact customer service to get the right number.
I recommend Minixpc for its attractive prices, its delivery times and for the quality of its customer service.

So basically I ve ordered pc from their site 4 days ago and I received no answer from them.
I did contact the support but they are ignoring me so i don't know what to do. You cannot cancel order so I guess this site is a bunch of scam fishing guys searching for the cheap mini pc.
Social media is dead support is dead.
It's again China. It's now even funny saying this xD
