Great Seller

Bad service, Nice mouse
Mouse arrived after a one month or so, and not even to your front porch or house.
First mouse I bought was supposedly on “pre-sale,” without a label or warning, making me wait 21 days, and instead delivered me a new mouse that didn’t even arrive at my house.
Got the mouse at last tho.

Positive experience ordering eGPU dock to France
A very positive experience. They replied to my questions within the same or next day. Ordered this eGPU dock on March 24th. They asked me if I'm aware of its limitations (described clearly on the description of the product), which I confirmed quickly. The product was dispatched on March 27th. It cleared EU (France) custom quickly (no extra custom fee on my part) and it arrived inside my mailbox on April 2nd. 9 days in total, with the free delivery option. The product itself works fine. Plug-and-play, no obvious heating nor power issue. Slight noise of the fan which is normal for any PSU. It came with an EU plug adapter and some support pads. It worked great with my RX9070 Pulse. Reliable seller, totally recommended.

Item came in earlier than anticipated and was in good condition during its transit. Support team was very good at resolving any issues I had during the process. Was always updated during the shipping process by the courier. Overall I highly recommend minixpc if you're in the market for new in box items that are unique.
