Great service and shipping for a product hard to find elsewhere!

Very fast shipping!
A piece was missing and they sent over another one.

I recently ordered the OneXPlayer 2 Pro and it arrived fast with several bonus accessories, and for a cheaper price than buying directly from the OneXPlayer store.

Overall, I consider this the best of the 7840U handhelds, and I think the higher price over the ROG Ally is entirely worth it and justified given all the upgrades (more RAM, more storage, bigger battery, additional ports, better cooling, bigger and higher-res display, kickstand, can transform into a tablet or laptop, etc.).

Definitely recommended!

the address on the con note on DHL was wrong, the you staff keep saying is right! I have proof that your staff make a mistake which force me to drive 70km to and return from DHL depot to pickup, and waste 2 hours of my time. I pay for the more expensive express option and have to waited 2 more days than the orginal date of delivery.

Item arrived in time, had a small issue but was resolved by Minixpc, excellent customer care. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered the GPD Win 4 7840U (32GB/500GB) for 679,99 USD. They wrote back to me after a Question about Taxes I asked them. They had a false date on the bottom, and they asked me to pay the full price, claiming they made a mistake on pricing. I told them that I missed Indiegogo, due to their Deceptive Pricing. They offered me to pay the Difference, according to the Crowdfunding Price... If that means the Early Bird Price or the Retail Price is unknown. They are breaking the Law of Misleading Omissions. They have in the past aggressively priced Products to generate traffic, then demanding costomers pay the real price. Absolute Scum Company

Ordered an x55 with fast shipping and was told a week+ after that it was out of stock, granted when they got stock again it was delivered very fast and works just fine.
Maybe update your customers if something is out of stock instead of waiting for them to message.
Other than that, like I said, the x55 itself is great and not had any issues with it.

Fast shipping, and communicated to emails. Happy with overall experience with the company so far. Look forward to more purchases.

The tracking information and timing on shipment were not clear or up front. I just received a general 1 to 3 week shipping statement and it would be better to have an order page that contains order info and shipping estimate and/or shipped date with tracking info.

I ordered from Germany an mini PC beelink ser6. I wasn't sure about taxes and the shop itself but was later VERY satisfied. First minixpc gave me a little upgrade because the 6800H I ordered wasn't available right away - So they offered a slightly better CPU for the price. THANKS again! Also, taxes were already paid so the parcel arrived without any additional costs (at least now in June 2023). Happy :-)

The power cord I ordered was US but received a Chinese power cord. I have yet to get a response back about making this correct.
