I used to use minkki pants and had bought previously when it was a small family owned business. Since the rebranding to "flow and go" I ordered 3 more pairs of pants and they are awful. They must be missing layers as I will bleed through them in minutes. I have now raised 3 separate contact forms regarding this over the last few months and have never received a reply which has meant I've wasted loads of money on a product not fit for purpose.

I ordered an item 1.5 weeks ago for my wedding - payment has been taken and I received an order confirmation telling me dispatch would be in 2-3 working days, but I have radio silence since then. I've tried emailing and the chat bot on the website but no response and there is no number to call. I suspect this company has gone out of business but is still taking payment, or is a scam (their website links to an instagram page which has been deleted) - DO NOT order from them. I am having to speak to my credit card company to raise a payment dispute.

Sent an item back as it was smaller than expected to exchange for a bigger size, been 3 weeks now and after numerous emails sent and still no reply.

There is no phone number to contact them so I have had to raise a paypal dispute

Brilliant product
Just bought a couple more pairs for my daughter who has Downs Syndrome and these have been life changing for her
She can be so independent when onher period, doesn’t need help , just wears a pair all day , no leaks, even when she goes horse riding , then she pops them for the wash and gets herself a fresh pair for bedtime

I've not yet used the pants but I have faith they're going yo be good.

I bought 3 pairs as I have quite heavy periods and these really did a great job. No leaks (which I have had with other brands) and I found them very comfortable too.

I wish I could give more than 3 stars. As far as doing their job, they are absolutely brilliant. Not a single leak on even my heaviest days, and they are the only thing I feel completely safe wearing. However, the fit is so uncomfortable. I sized up from my normal underwear size, and they are still too tight. They give the worst VPL I have ever had in my life, and I am constantly adjusting myself and they don't cover the whole bum. I bought a full set and spent a lot of money, and am stuck with them all now. Sadly I have to choose my outfits wisely when I'm on my period so they don't show, and there's not a chance I can wear them to the gym. Just such a shame as they are brilliant for what they do :(

Excellent product, very well made and definitely do not look "frumpy" bought for my daughters looming first time, so not actually used, but the fit is excellent. She says they feel silky smooth, soft and expensive, we laughed because compared to our usual knicker purchases they are.
However extremely worth it, for the peace of mind of having no leeks during the day or that dreaded experience of waking up to stained bed sheets. They look lovely and she's actually keen to wear them. Thank you for such a terrific innovative product I wish they were about in my day.

Fast delivery, and very comfy pants. Only tried them out at bedtime for the moment whilst i get used to them. But will definitely try them out during the day but wanted to wait for a weekend!

I bought three pairs of Minkki pants in June, and have been using them in conjunction with a cup for the last four cycles. I always wash them on 30 degrees and hang out to dry, so imagine my surprise when one of the pairs developed a leak recently, right in the centre of the gusset. It wasn’t a particularly heavy flow day, I’d only been wearing them for a few hours and I was using the cup so there was zero chance of more than 60ml.

When I emailed customer services about it, they said I probably had tumble dried them or put them into a hot wash (neither of which happened - I wash all my pairs together so how come the others haven’t leaked yet?) or maybe it was a heavy flow day. I replied to say that it was definitely none of those things and then just never heard from them again!

I was actually rather happy with the pants up until this point, but I either got a dud pair or they just don’t last as long as they say they do and the others will shortly start failing. I’d estimate that I haven’t washed them more than 5-7 times each, as I have five pairs (2 are Modibodi) that I cycle through each month.

Edit: after this initial review I subsequently heard back from their customer service, who due to a system glitch hadn’t received my reply. They explained that they have a three year guarantee and offered to replace my pants without charge.

These period pants are a life-saver! I've never slept so well during my periods as I have when wearing them. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to love these. They were so comfortable when I put them on! Unfortunately, I am really looking for a period panty that I can wear all day long, and I started bleeding through these in about 5 hours on my heavy day. The other brand I bought worked better, so I will return these.

Great product! No leaks so far, and I’ve convinced my 15 year old daughter to give them a try.

I have wanted to give period pants a go for some time and chose Minkki based on product info & reviews. A little dubious about whether or not it could actually handle a heavy flow but on one brave night with extremely heavy flow, I decided to give it the sleep test. Nothing short of a miracle quite frankly! No leakage and everything wicked away - you could barely tell I had been on. Goodbye to sleeping on my side on heavy nights!

I bought a size 10 which is my normal size. Nice and snug but I would probably go for a 12 for day time to avoid visible panty line.

Was very dubious of them actually working but lo and behold they actually work! It's a real game changer for me as its so much easier now especially when I get the migraines the last thing I wanna do is faff changing a pad, I put these on for the first time and they did exactly what they said on the tin and I'm a heavy flow kinda girl so was super impressed these went the distance I've already ordered my second pair although minkki if your listing please restock the black 20 and 22 sizes. In summary these are fab and they do actually work and your not sending used pads/tampons to landfill and will work out better value all round with how much you save not buying pads or tampons each month and making periods so much easier to handle with one less thing to deal with well done minkki.

Excellent product. Bought for an elderly relative for bladder weakness. They absolutely love them. So much so that we’ve bought 7 in total. Gives an 89yr old more confidence to go out. Thank you.
