Ordered my ironing board from Amazon and it arrived without one of the small plastic feet (ferrule). I sent an email to the company and received a reply within minutes. The company rep, Paige, apologised and arranged a replacement which arrived two days later. Brilliant service and left me very happy after the initial disappointment. The ironing board itself is excellent and has made the chore much less miserable.

I have recently been in contact with Minky with a query relating to the suitability of using a steam generator with one of their ironing boards. They have replied to me and resolved my query by the next day. Their Customer Advisor was both helpful and pleasant; a good ambassador for the Company.

My ironing board was delivered with a plastic foot missing from one of the legs. It was very simple to request the missing part and a very prompt response to emails. You can not ask for more.

My ErgoLite iron failed after 18 months, within the 2-year guarantee period. Minky customer service were extremely helpful and a replacement was despatched, and received, without quibble promptly after my phone call. I was not even asked to return the faulty appliance. This was excellent service and should be an example to many other firms.

I purchased a heated throw from Minky via Amazon. Unfortunately after 3 months it developed a fault. I contacted Minky and they responded promptly to all emails and resolved the issue very quickly with no quibbles. I would recommend them to anybody.

Wonderful service from Minky/Vale Mill, one email and they sorted my problem same day.
After purchasing a Minky Airer (from Argos) I found one of the castors was damaged, my wife had quickly recycled the packaging as it was "bin day" this made it difficult to return to Argos, a quick check on the Internet and I found Minky had spare parts online, unfortunately out of stock of the castors.
One email to Minky support later and they had located a spare and informed me it would be here in 3 to 5 days, "Fantastic" a company that has its customers and priorities at heart.
Thoroughly Recommended.

My blanket developed a fault but that was easily resolved. It was a no fuss replacement service and Anna the customer service agent was extremely efficient and just overall excellent.

So I bought a minky dual washing line many years ago and it was amazing however I was too short to up Hook the line from the bottom eventually I snapped the attachments. This lead me to purchase a new one. So easy to put up but... this line didn't retract back in for some reason. I purchased this line back in October when I broke my old one 😔. So I was stuck with this brand new one that didn't work, I then contacted minky directly hoping they could tell me how to fix it. Spoke to a lovely person called Paige and she looked at my issue and immediately said let's get a replacement out. I was so happy because I didn't expect this outcome.
Mistakes and faults happen, its how you are dealt with that makes the difference. Thank you paige and thank you minky!

This review is regarding the Ergo Prozone ironing board premium service received from Minky. I had an ironing board purchased in 2019 (so still under warranty) where the weld on one of the legs had come adrift. The ironing board was unstable and dangerous to attempt to iron on. I emailed the customer service team with photos and a copy of the receipt. I received a response from Paige within the hour to confirm that I would be able to have a replacement. I explained that I lived within 25 minutes drive of their offices so they agreed that I could collect the replacement board the following day rather than waiting for a courier to deliver it. I called in this morning and the wonderful Angela met me in reception to hand me my new ironing board. Wonderful lady and cracking service from the whole team.

Had problem with my Minky ironing board. Customer service really helpful, replaced board within a week. Fantastic customer service.

Found that a new ironing board had a foot stopper missing making it wobbly i was told i needed to supply proof of purchase but as it was on a credit card it was not itemised seemed to be a problem but in all fairness they did replace it after some discussion!

Purchased a Minky clothes airer through Amazon. However the product was defective.Contacted Minky Customer Services who promptly sent out a replacement.

Rotary Airer Cover - Grey/ Teal -- not the easiest and not worth the money found out today

"Please note: You are not covered under your warranty for accidental damage of zips and fabric outside 30 days.

This was not clear.

Airer broke by the rivets apparently has a 3 year warranty but unfortunately the customer service advisor I spoke to couldn’t resolve the issue.
I sent photos of the damage along with the code and packaging information item was a year old but he thinks it’s made in 2010.

We love our Minky clothes airer. Unfortunately it broke, but customer service were extremely fast to respond and send out a replacement.

I recently ordered a replacement part for one of my Minky items. I cannot speak highly enough of how helpful and well i was treated as a customer, probably the best customer service i've ever had. Would highly recommend buying from them :)
