We have had a great experience with Mintago, everyone involved from sales, to implenmentation and payroll specialists have been superb. The app is easy to use and offer some good benefits for our staff.

Mintago was able to migrate my previous pension for me, even after changing my name and not knowing my policy number. Some additional info was required but they made it really simple. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend making use of this service.

Since coming to Mintago, I haven't found a single error or had a single issue with anything the two of them have done for us. The Pension search is absolutely awful! It’s supposed to be easy but I’ve had nothing but pushbacks from so called ‘Pension Search Experta’ who don’t seem to be able to review Information that I’ve given them several times. I started the search back in February and still haven’t heard back from them in early July. Honestly I wouldn’t bother using these clowns, will cause more headaches than any sort of help.

I use the discounts often and it is a great way to save money. From the employer side, the team is very responsive to any queries we had. Massive thanks to Helen for the onboarding process and Sharon for being a superstar at getting the payroll side of things rolling!
