I absolutely love the Mint & Spindle activewear! Everything fits true to size and the material is such great quality, not to mention how reasonably priced everything is. Better than Lulu!!
I also had a really great experience with customer service - I ordered 3 tops because they were buy 2 get 1 free, but when my package was delivered there was a top missing. I emailed customer service who got back to me really quickly and had a new top mailed to me within a day or two. Definitely will be buying again!

Everything went perfect, I am really happy with my order! The bras have the perfect fit, fine quality and also the custom service is super helpful and lovely! Would definitely recommend this shop, shipping was tracked and fast as well :)
Just one recommendation: If you ordered sports clothes in light colour, make sure to wash them only with things exactly as light. Even if you have a jeans you washed a thousand times, it will take the color, so be very aware of that.

I previously wrote a review about items that I purchased (after following their sizing guide on their website) that were not true to size at all.

I returned these items for a refund (having to pay to return them), following all the instructions given to me via email. This was on 19/02/2021. I have not yet received a refund as of 18/03/2021.

I contacted the company who said they had not received it, however, from checking the reference number on Royal Mail’s website, it appears that it was received and signed for on 22/02/2021.

I am feeling more like this company is not legit, and if I encounter any further problems with receiving my refund, will be taking it further, starting with contacting PayPal.

I would strongly recommend not to use Mint & Spindle. The sizes are completely out, and the returns process is at best inefficient, and at worse dishonest and a bit of a scam.

Edited 19/04/2021 to update- I opened a case with PayPal which was resolved in my favour and I got my refund finally.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. They completely ignore you, never reply, whatever way you try to engage with them. My husband bought me two sets for Christmas, they didn’t fit, I asked if I could return them, no problem. I sent them tracked via Royal Mail on 30/12/2020 - I heard nothing back from them ever again.

I had had to get PayPal to step in, after numerous emails and Facebook messages to no avail, I would honestly never use this company, they shouldn’t even be allowed to trade and take money off people as they clearly don’t like returning it.

What a waste of my time. Really annoyed with this as I have enough going on without chasing for my refund that I’m entitled too.

I would stay clear of this company. They have now blocked me on Facebook so I’m unable to write DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY on there page or chase my money.

Absolute disgrace. I hate companies that get away with this. If they weren’t based in Taiwan I would report them.

I bought a bralet set from Mint and Spindle through their site. The website looks good, however the company definitely has nothing to do with San Francisco as their site claims.
The sizing is completely off. You have to pay for returns. I said I'd chance paying for the returns and paid for tracking too...still waiting for a refund.
The customer service email response uses a picture of the 'Customer Service Agent' who is definitely NOT the person who wrote the email.
A complete waste of money!!!

Terrible quality, itchy material, bad fitting - don’t buy from mint and spindle. The bras don’t support and the bottoms are way too small (I ordered large to be on the safe size and I’m a size 10 and they don’t fit!) very unhappy

After 44 days and no answer to my messages via email, facebook, instagram you name it, I still didn't receive my parcel! The tracking system is just a scam! No answer, no existent customer service! I'm furious! Please don't order anything, you will regret it! I'm going to take legal steps now!
UPDATE: After my reviews and some Mails they finally answered. They said I will get my money back. We will see.

Just recently bought two sets of underwear. The design is appealing however, I would recommend buying one size bigger than your actual one.
The bottoms turned out to be too small for me, the bras were okayish.
I got a little refund for the misfitting bottoms. Customer service was excellent, the product itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Wouldn't recommend at all.
I ordered a set after contacting customer service about sizing, and was very disappointed when it arrived (after a long time). The bra was almost too big and the pants were tiny! I am a size 8, so expected small to fit, but there was no way I could even get them on. I emailed to ask about an exchange but was told they only sell in pairs and they would give me 1/3 off another order so I could repurchase the next size up - meaning I'd end up with a bra and pants I didn't want just to have a set that fitted. Made no sense to me and certainly not good value. When I asked about a return I found out I needed to send it to Taiwan and pay for postage myself, which was obviously very expensive - in the end I think I paid about £11 just to try some underwear on. I felt scammed.
The items also look a LOT nicer in pictures than in real life, and when you physically get them the quality and manufacture is actually pretty poor. Small things like colours not quite matching and lace not being stitched on properly makes them feel cheap. I'd say they're similar in quality to Shein or Primark, but obviously a lot more expensive. Definitely not worth the price you pay!

Recently bought some underwear from Mint and Spindle. I Was worried for a while thinking that they might be a scam and my order would never arrive, but my parcel was just suuuper slow at shipping (over two weeks) and their tracking system was non familiar.

The products themselves were nice, but come up a little smaller than I was expecting (which is annoying when you can’t easily return anything like that or have to pay a lot to do so).

Overall quality was good for the price point (good offers e.g I bought 3 sets for the price of 2) ... but wouldn’t necessarily recommend them on, as I’m sure other products are available through brands closer to home. Think I’d prefer to shop ‘in country’ next time for convenience of timeframe, shipping & returns.

To the owners: My recommendation would be for you to look at your customer journey in detail to improve your profile. If your unable to fix the friction points mentioned, try increasing consumer communication and manage expectations.
