Unhappy. With return policy. Bought 3 dresses in my normal size and too small. Try to offer small amount to keep them

This company is a scam. They have poor quality items and they know it otherwise the would offer a refund policy. I only checked 1 star because I needed to to write the review. I wish I read before the purchase. Purchasing from this company is a crap shoot. I will pursue with my Senator & local representatives to see if this is a legit business.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Buyer beware! I ordered a dress and two shirts. I measured ordered the right size. Everything came too small. The fabric was light and cheap. I tried to get a refund like they said moneyback guarantee but what they mean is a small portion is what they’ll offer you they started at like $16 and I held out till 48 and gave up, I would not order from this company. It is not made in South Carolina -again buyer beware.

I was hesitant to order from the site, but I took a chance and ordered a dress for a wedding. Took all the measurements & ordered the proper size. Received the dress and it’s too small. Can’t find contact information to talk to anyone other than to shoot them an email. Now that I’m looking for reviews finding that many people are having the same issues. Will continue to try to get my money back, doubtful that I will. Not likely to order for them again. Really too bad because I love that it’s made in the USA.

added a few days later... sure enough, they want to give me $16 as a refund. Ridiculous!!

Still waiting for my order placed 16 days ago. No emai indicating if it's going to arrive. Feel cheated!!!

This dress is gorgeous! It is a nice light fabric and is cut very nicely for an hourglass shape. Be aware, I would say the sizing leans slightly small I would say as I bought a larger size than I thought I needed and it just fits, but the fit is great. Just something to keep in mind if purchasing.

Having a hard time getting in touch with costumer service first time order from them.

Do not buy from Enxyi, they do not let you return items. They make you send an email to get authorization for the return & the address to ship back to.Then they respond by trying to bribe you by offering a small refund instead of the return address and refund authorization.

So glad to receive this item because it switched vendors and I got 2 different receipts .

I purchased 2 dresses with the understanding that they could be returned within 30 days if they did not meet my expectations. I spent over $84 for the dresses that don’t fit. I’m told to keep the dresses and I will be offered $16 refund for compensation. Don’t purchase from them!!!

Very pretty, fit well. I thought the material was lighter weight than I expected from the description.

This is a scam! Clothing poorest quality and horrible fit! Would not give me total refund. Emailed back and forth multiple times to negotiate some kind of refund. Finally gave up and took $30 just to be done with them! Not made in USA. Would not recommend!

Do not order. There is so much false information. This clothing is not made in the US. My clothing did not fit and I cannot get an honest answer out of them. Returns are a nightmare. They want me to keep the clothes and compensate me by refunding 1/2 of what I paid. If this is the case they cannot possibly made in South Carolina as stated. They promise full refund with in 30 days. Now I am told to mail it back to an address in New York. I have no faith I will get my money back if I do mail it. Scam!!!

The order came in when expected. The dress fit perfectly! Great dress for the summer! It is so pretty- I love this dress!

The website clearly stated that clothing was made in South Carolina and shipped from the US. Then why is there Chinese writing on the package. Now I am having trouble returning an item that is too small. Website says returns are easy. Too much trouble!!

Every item I’ve ordered has been extremely SMALL. I’ve been trying to get a complete refund…..unsuccessfully! I can’t be the only person unable to receive a refund. There is no packing slip, no contact information whatsoever. There isn’t even a return address posted anywhere.

I was skeptical at first it was a bit pricey I love my outfits I kept falling in love with the I'm only talking to my dog today ended up getting another outfit as well they are comfortable they are well put together well worth the money I am extremely satisfied and happy with this company I will be buying more

Very nice clothing and the size is perfect fit.
