I applied was approved for six months. Paid for it. It’s been a month and still haven’t received the product. If they were having problems giving people what they want this should have been an option not to purchase at this time. I would prefer to cancel and go elsewhere. I don’t like the fact I have to Reach out. Please do reach out to the client inform us of delays. It’s not fair to the client. This will result in loss of clients new or old.

Haley is awesome...she is a great pharmacist...works with you to make sure everything is right...answers all questions and concerns...would highly recommend mint rx to anyone...

Was told would receive the prescription the next day. Recieved a shipping notice but they hadn't shipped anything just printed a label. Then didn't give a full refund.

I recently purchased medication from an online pharmacy. While the delivery was prompt, I discovered a critical issue upon receiving the package. The medication label displayed an incorrect dosage that seemed dangerously high and illogical. Concerned about potential health risks, I attempted to contact the company through multiple channels, including phone calls and emails, but received no helpful response. Given the uncertainty surrounding the medication's safety and the lack of communication from the company, I felt uncomfortable administering the drug and considered the purchase a financial loss.

In my experience, their medications vary significantly based on where and when filled. Initial meds performed well but latest were completely ineffective and validated to be so based on competitors medication. In my opinion I would not use them again and I will not.

I want to say MintRx is awesome!! I’ve been on their HRT and Zen for 6 weeks now and feel so much better!! Haley my pharmacist is amazing! She has checked in with me every 3 weeks and helps me fine tune my plan. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable! Thank you Haley and MintRx for helping me feel better and feeling like me again. I’m happier and hot flashes have really lessened! 😊

I read some of the bad reviews and had some doubts but decided to go ahead and order LDN from them because the price is more reasonable than what I'm paying right now at my current provider. Ordered on Monday morning, everything was approved and sent to the pharmacy the same day. I got a notification on Tuesday that they shipped my order out. I wasn't expecting it to be that fast because shipping was free. Got my order on Thursday from AZ to CA.

First time dealing with with Mint and so far very impressed since first contact received prescription within a few days! Plus a lot less money! Another company starts with a I and ends with a R took my money and never received anything! This company rocks

MintRX has been sending me spam texts for a year now. They will not stop. No matter how many times you unsubscribe. Do not EVER give this company your email or phone number.

been waiting OVER A MONTH for my order. But I was charged when i ordered it. Being told it will be a couple more weeks... WTH !!

No responses, no one ever answers phone. Highly suggest going another route.
Multiple chats with different people and just not a single response besides from the mint bot beforehand

I am not pleased with the updates about my order or lack thereof, my intake info was completed with provider more then a business week ago and the status of the order has remained 'preparing to ship' same as it read prior to speaking with the provider. Given the information on their site about shipping it would seem once all info is provided by the client there would be some type of update about the order or shipping at some point in the course of a weeks time. Adopt more frequent informational updates about shipping & the clients order in general as some are more reliant on these drugs then others.

So the first lady on the clientcare@mintrx named Alecia was no help at all. Alecia kept asking for my information over and over again after I sent it 4 times. Even Groupons support was incredibly terrible (Indian last names) not racist but it seems like scammers and customer support from that area are just born to be online trolls. I called the support number for MintRx and spoke to Ana. She is the definition of great customer support and service. Ana I would send you a tip if I could!

I've purchased from other sites before and this experience was different because it intuitive and the customer service team had great communication on when my order was shipping, etc. It was quick and easy and I will order again!

I have been ordering meds through Mintrx for a few years now and they've been great! When placing my last order, I spoke with a customer service rep, Susan who was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I greatly appreciated her follow-through in contacting my doctor and keeping me informed. 5*!

I have always had excellent customer service from Mintrx. They respond in a very timely matter and fairly address any issues. I love the products I have purchased from Mintrx and they have very good prices. They compound some pharmacy products which is not a service you find many places!!! They compound a cream I use, without preservatives, which is fabulous because I have an allergy to some preservatives!!
I highly recommend Mintrx!! I have been using their service for a few years now.

This company sells the meds without knowing having the proof of the Health conditions update. My husband gets a bad reaction from one of the meds and they dont even want to give him credit.

I love MintRX! I’d used other telehealth sites in the past and Mintrx is by far the best. Their providers are helpful and friendly and their product selection is unmatched.
