Problem but it was eventually corrected
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got my nose spray from them promptly but the tip is defective and cannot deliver the med correctly I contacted them for a new tip Painfully simple fix yet 9 days later I still am fighting with them Excuses include --I need to talk to management, I'm still waiting for an answer, we need a photo, Pharmacy wants another photo. I finally got one from amazon for 2.99 being delivered today. UPDATE-- 8-23-24 This review prompted them to contact me and provide a new RX in a different type of bottle. I'm happy they did it but the hassle to get to this point was annoying.

We did get it fixed and we did need to request the photos of the tip so that our pharmacy could make sure they were sending you the correct tip for the correct product dispenser. We are thrilled that we got it completed for you and again, truly sorry that the tip malfunctioned. Your request had caught us off guard because we have not been asked for a replacement tip in the past for that product. Usually that product works perfectly in it's dispenser and our patients love the way it performs. We are happy that you let us know about this issue and even more happy that we got it fixed for you. So much to offer!
They have so many products I'm interested in trying! I've tried the sunscreen and the Tretinoin cream from Obagi before. I actually need to order more of the Tretinoin, but they make it so easy to order! The Customer Service department is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them and looking forward to trying out their other products soon!

Great experience, no more derm office visits
I have been using the Obagi brand products for years as reccommended by my dermatologist. Everytime, I as ready for a refill of my tretinoin, I had to schedule an in office visit. After some research, I found MintRX and saw they offered online consults and shipping my products to me. I placed my 1st order for Tretinoin (which is what I needed at the time) and the process was smooth and simple. I received an email my RX was approved the next day and a couple days later, I received an email with tracking information. I received my order within a few days. About a month later, I received a marketing email that they had Obagi products on sale, so I decided to order more. I had a few questions on some of the other products so I called in and the agent I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. She made some great suggestions and even assisted me with completing my order, providing the discount offer. I am a customer for life. Not to mention, they have so many other products to offer I plan on exploring.

I have used MintRX for a number of years now. About 8 months ago I decided to do the weightloss program. From that moment Client Care IMPRESSED ME. I genuinly know they care, not only about my account but about me. I have never really read into the process for getting a refill on the weightloss stuff, I happily just email client care and within 30 min I have someone email me back, but whats so awesome is the emails are not prewritten, they are someone who genuinely wants to help. That puts a smile on my face. What this has done for me personally is allow me to open up and discuss private issues openly. No matter who is on the other end of the email I am comfortable about talking to them about ED medication, or Weightloss medication. I don't even feel comfortable talking to my wife about these things!! When things get confusing, Client Care calls and clears things up!! how often does that happen with other customer support issues?? all I can say is that this group of people is amazing! They inspire me to be more open and to take control of my health without being shy. THANK YOU CLIENT CARE TEAM!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!! I WILL SHOUT IT FROM ROOF TOPS!!!

I keep receiving text messages
I keep receiving text messages asking for a photo of my hairline. I don't see the need for this request as I have been a customer for about 2 years. Not to mention, these text messages arrive at an hour (2am), which is unacceptable.

Whole site experience was easy
Ordering was easy. Website was simple to navigate. Products received relatively quickly and high quality products so far. I've ordered from mint several times and everything had been on point so far.

Account suddenly deleted with no contact
I have been a client with MintRX since 2020. I have had no issues with getting prescriptions and receiving medication outside of a supply issue that occurred in ‘22. Suddenly when i went to reorder medicine two days ago i was unable to login to my account. I have emailed MintRX support twice regarding the issues logging in and received no response. I now am out of both prescriptions that i require and have no way of contacting the company.

I ordered Obagi Trention .01 And paid $100 for it. This product is absolutely a knock off. It doesn’t work at all. I’ve been using it for a month now and it does nothing I have order from Obagi And I had amazing results. They are selling replicas that do not work. This company is a total rip off.
