I wish I could drop this review with the negatives ones, instead of positives - so that the concerned people would read this instead of all the fools spreading misinformation.
But that would be wrong too, because it was a great experience through-and-through.
I got in touch with Joel from customer support beforehand, as I was concerned with import taxes in Norway (they are a bit(very) strict here). However, I was provided with detailed information on prices and what it would total for me to import it. Everything came as advertised, so i'm very happy. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Better to skip reviews sometimes
Guess the international differences make an impact. I was prompted to leave a review with trustpilot for minty fresh. It said they use them to review experience.
Minty fresh replied by saying they weren't sure why I used trustpilot to voice my experience. Either don't ask folks to review or be happy you got an honest response. Was given a delivery date by the 12th. It's the 18th & nothing has arrived. Most likely a shipping issue which is out of MFs control. So I left my review because I was ask to. Probably a better way to communicate with folks buying your cool items. But again this is all my 1st experience with the company.

we understand the frustration and we appreciate the score nevertheless!
99% of our customers come from within the European union, these receive their package overall within 2-5 business days. The trustpilot invitations are sent automatically after a specific period (also to pre-order customers that don't receive their order for another 3-9 months) so this does cause some weird situations sometimes when people receive the request for a review before the package is delivered.
In the meantime we had contact via mail and another issue was raised, I expect we will find a solution for that aswell. Our intentions are good but we cannot control anything that has to do with the shipping process once it's out of our warehouse. Customs process delay, airport delay, heat or cold delay, whatever delays, before your order we have prayed 25000+ times already nothing would happen to the package but unfortunately it does happen things make stuff go bad.
