Hey Matthias,
I'm dissapointed to read this review as we told you the reasons we were not available during this period due to a trip abroad. Hence it took a bit longer to process the refund. Not a good excuse, but it now looks like we're keeping your money which simply is true as we settled the issue once we returned.
On top of this you returned even more items a week later and we refunded you the day after your returns arrived. You asked then a week later when we would process the refund when that one was done already.
Either way, just wanted to make sure everybody knows there can always be unforeseen hickups in the process but we do not delay refunds for fun or because we have evil intentions.

It doesn't get better than this. Just three days from placement of order to delivery to UK. Came with unexpected extra gift which was a really nice touch.
