I worked very hard for my money and this was the biggest waste of time and money!! I have an L shaped couch and did all the sizing properly paid over $100 to get my set not only dose it come with no paper work in the mail but it so cheap and tacky definitely typical Asia made junk. Started to rip when I was putting it on. No phone numbers to ring and no one contacts you back. Do not buy this if you don’t want to be disappointed, still trying to get an email back from them.

Really great product for covering up our flaking leather L-couch. It is thin and you will need to adjust it, but it has brought life back to our living room sofa! I did not realize until I got my credit statement that I was charged USD (not mentioned when checking out), so it was more expensive than I would've hoped, but it works. Customer service was also amazing!

Customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I was unhappy with a purchase of two sofa covers I bought for a large couch with a chaise only because the color looked a bit darker in my living room and I wanted something a bit lighter. I contacted customer service to process a return and instead they had me keep the covers I wasn’t 100% happy with and sent me two new covers in my color choice and only asked that I pay for shipping! I am so happy and will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for nice quality couch covers. The customer service made me want to order even more!

I give 5 stars for both quality of product, and excellent customer service ordered! I ordered two couch covers of different sizes. One fit like a glove, and was incredible! Buttery soft, beautiful, easy to place and tuck in, we could not be happier! The second did not fit, due to my own miscalculation with measurements. Customer service reached out to me immediately upon my request, where we reached a happy compromise which included a hefty discount on a new cover, with me keeping the old one. Their customer service rep was friendly, prompt, and exceedingly helpful. 100 percent would recommend.

I ordered a red couch cover. The one that arrived was a size too small. Accidents happen, I guess. I sent a rather snarky email to customer service, thinking I'd been ripped off and not expecting much, but their response was so quick and so generous - $10 to replace the cover, no need to return the other - that I kind of regretted my meanness. Very professional, good solution, can't wait for my new cover.

This company has excellent customer service. If you read the reviews, any issue was related to size. They could save a lot of headaches by letting their customers know they run small.
They stand behind the product and work hard to make sure you are happy. The product is worth the money.

I had a bad situation with a bad fitting sofa cover . At first I was stuck with a cover I didn't want, after talking with customer service several times, it was taken care of and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I’m sure I will be happy with the larger size cover that they are sending me at no cost. The one I ordered was too small. It is very good quality and very soft. I’ll probably raise my stars once I receive the new one and put it on. I am unhappy that I paid full price @ $73.00 and now they are on sale for 1/2 off.

I needed help ordering a cover for my chaise lounge chair. My email request was answered within 10 minutes with a thorough explanation, picture guide, and well wishes. Could not have asked for better customer service!!

After buying my 2 sets, I read the messages here and I was sad because I thought it was a good website. Prices shown are not the one on my credit card bill. 89$ went 120$ so very frustrating at that moment. Did not tell what was the currency on the website, so not much professional.. AFTERALL, I received the package 30 days later, in good condition and good quality! Thanks a lot I am happy now!

I ordered 2 couch covers for my couches (a loveseat and a 3 seat sectional). The loveseat cover fit perfectly, but, unfortunately, the 3 seat cover was too small. I emailed customer service with the hope to be able to exchange the item. Customer service was helpful, prompt, and assisted me in purchasing the next size up (with a discount coupon), and allowed me to keep the 3 seat cover for my loveseat without needing to send it back. They made the process easy and simple! I will definitely be a return customer.

The assistance of all members was excelent. I received the covers within time. Although and because my sofas are very big, I had to ask for a replacement, one out of three. It will be sent to me as soon as I pay. I liked them very much.
