Great product and company! I love my new sofa and loveseat slip covers! They look great, are durable and easy to put on and take off to wash!
Best product and support ever.
My order went through a tough ride to get here. I was afraid it didnt make it through its trip, but with the best customer support, I was relieve the team was very helpful and made informed me of where my package was and it all came within days of each other. The support team kept me in touch and did a great job at keeping me rested assured. Thanks you guys for making my order one of the best I've had for the longest time.
Excellent customer service
The shipping of the product did take quite some time but within the parameters that they told me so that was to be expected. The product was of a nice material but the colors were different than what I expected. I contacted them and they dealt with my concern efficiently and in a timely manner. I was pleased overall!

False advertising
Fake site, false advertising, NOT from the US, NOT fast shipping, and NOT a miracle sofa cover.
I ordered mine in March, and finally got a package now in nearly August. There was no tracking info past May, and I had no idea it was coming from China or I wouldn’t have ordered it.
Very cheap material, not at all what was depicted on the site. Label says it came from Alabama?? What is going on?? I don’t trust this company and will NEVER buy nor recommend from them again!

Quality is nonexistent. Super thin. The stitching comes loose almost immediately. The styrofoam pieces pop out every time you move. The covers DO NOT FIT PROPERLY. The shipping was a joke. You track you package literally a mile from your house to see it moved six hours away the next day and the deliver is delayed another week. The customer service people all say the exact same verbiage. When you say you want a full refund silence, when you ask about returning the product silence. Should have researched better and known it was China garbage. A total rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP...they are the best at zero service and products not worth a nickel.

Almost 3 months later and no product, no answers
Placed an order almost 3 months ago and still can't get a straight answer about where the order actually is or if it's actually ever coming. Customer service responses are useless (they just resend tracking info *that doesn't update for a month at a time*), and the sites they link to to track logistics provide zero useful insight. It's one thing for CV19 to cause delays, but the opacity of their fulfillment process leaves little left to trust. This isn't just circumstantial. It's mismanagement. Be warned.

It has been two months since I ordered my sofa covers. I got one initial email to track the shipping notifying me they made it to New York and it was never updated again. I emailed their customer service and they said I would receive an updated shipping tracking number soon. Crickets... never received anything. I have asked for a refund twice since it has been two months and I have not gotten my money back. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. IT IS A SCAM!!! Just order covers off of amazon! They are great! And you know Amazon is reliable.

I should have known this place was sketchy when my bank suspected my purchase to be fraudulent activity and called me to confirm I’d made the purchase. I placed my order on 5/14/20 and was notified it shipped on 5/18/20. I was given a tracking number to track the package on a site that looks completely bogus. Of course, package progress stopped updating on 5/27/20 and as far as I can tell it’s still on a plane or boat from China. The company web site says they’re based in Portland, but my bank statement says Singapore and package tracking says it’s coming from China. Shady!
After waiting 4 weeks I contacted them. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me if I don’t receive my package they will either replace the item or refund me. I understand COVID is delaying shipping, so I gave it another week. No package, no tracking updates. So I told them I want a refund and now they aren’t responding. Same story as many others. I wish I’d looked up these reviews before buying. These people are thieving scammers!
Good Customer Service
I’m giving 4 stars because I had a good customer service experience; the product we ordered didn’t end up being the right solution for us but they gave us a full refund despite their very clear refund policy that states that they typically try to resolve issues with exchanges or store credit, instead of refunds. We did include pictures along with a courteous request for a refund. Thank you Miracle Sofa.

Been a good experience
Been a good experience, 1st package didn’t get addressed correctly, but spoke to customer service and it was rerouted and I received it.
Ordered on the 10/5 and received package on the 11/6, couldn’t ask for more, Brian from customer service was polite and helpful and kept me informed about what he was doing

SCAM or Delivery delay?
The only reason I'm giving this company the rating of 1 is because they can't seem to tell me anything about my order accept what I see on the tracking website.
I placed my order 4/16/2020, my tracking # showed it picked up on 4/27. I understood when I placed the order it was a company in China and that we were at the peek of a pandemic, so grace was extended to MiracleSofa.
My package didn't arrive in the US until 5/8 over a month, and guess what today is 6/10/2020 and I still don't have my cover. I don't know if this company is a scam but thus far it feels like it so my next step is BBB.
I spoke with a legal firm and was told there is no (BBB) Better Business Bureau in China so I'm reaching out to the China Embassy or Chinese Police.
I know the amount is small but its not small when you look at all the reviews of not receiving products from many consumers.

REFUND UPDATE: I told them I wanted a refund in full. They were being sketchy - “take pictures,” we’ll “have to decide” if I qualify, etc. So, I wrote an email where I copy and pasted my Initial refund request number. Then, I said I would email them 100 times a day until I got a refund in full. If you use gmail, you go to your drafts folder and keep hitting SEND AGAIN. Within 1/2 hr I got a notice that my refund *in full* was posted back to my card. Hopefully it’s not a “dummy email” and I get the money back. But...if they’re giving you a problem, apparently bombarding them with *literally* 100 emails in under 10 mins gets you your refund! Huzzah!
I would give this ZERO stars if I could. I’ve had all the same problems everyone else is stating. I should have checked the reviews of the company before I bought them. I was sucked in by a random Instagram post - INSTAGRAM should be notified the company is crap. I also tried to cancel when I didn’t receive it for weeks. They wouldn’t let me ( you have to cancel within 24 hours). I was also surprised at the crap quality. You might as well by a fitted sheet from the dollar store to use as a slip cover - that was about the quality of cover this is. It’s a magnet for dog hair. It would have a hole in it in a day, and that’s just from regular 9 lb chihuahuas jumping on it. That’s IF I let them jump on it. I tried for 2 HOURS to get this thing fitted without wrinkles. Even after 2 hours it wasn’t perfect but I’d never even be able to sit on it without wrecking it up immediately because it was SO I’ll-fitting. I wrote them a letter requesting a return. On one page of their website they have a SEAL of 100% satisfaction or your money back, in full, no questions asked. Then, if you go to their FAQ, then RETURNS, then REFUNDS, it literally states they are stingy about monetary refunds and you’ll have to send a letter and pictures of the issues and then they’ll be the judge of the return and THEN you can “appeal” the decision but it’s “unlikely you’ll get a full return.” I took screen shots of the different return policies because it’s TOTALLY false advertising. I am sure I will have to fight the purchase with my bank...so...another hour of time well-spent on this crap! Unreal. Don’t buy. Awful. Ugh!
