I contacted customer service via chat and chatted with Jay. He reviewed my issue and determined a replacement was warranted (item was still under one year warranty). Jay was professional and resolved my issue.

I read many reviews before deciding for Miropure and no regrets. Received the item yesterday and used for the first time today and it’s so much easier to use than the traditional flat iron hair straightener which I’ve used for years. Very pleased.

I purchased two straighteners. They arrived in a timely manner. I was impressed with the quality of the straightener, glove, carrying pouch and packaging. Customer service was very helpful in getting my product registered. I have wavy hair and my daughter has tight curls. It does a wonderful job in less time. My daughter would get frustrated from having to run other straighteners through her hair for 15 minutes or more.

Hype on brush straighteners and my very expensive flat iron that has been with me for ages now acting up. It was a necessary upgrade. Where to start! This is the one I wanted to try. After much research and many others out of stock.Thank you for making it affordable. This is a gem. I can’t stress enough how well made it is! Lightweight feels just right in your hand. Heats up in seconds and takes me less than 4 minutes to straighten my hair damp or dry. Easy to use 3 buttons. The cord is heavy duty and easy to use, as it swivels with your movements. My hair is damaged from bleaching and coloring it but this beauty leaves my hair soft, weightless and no burnt hair smell. Also adds volume, no creases and I don’t have to use any product on my hair (my choice). I am so very pleased! The glove is very nice and well made as well. Kudos! This product is something to write about. The packaging was great. I would straighten my hair every once in a while but now I will be using this baby all the time!n
