The instructions difficult to read because of such small print, and info about warranty on pink background, EXTREMELY hard to see. I wish I had I understood that it could not be used on damp hair, but I’ve adjusted my use of product.

Any person who wants silky straight hair, fast, needs this brush!!DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT BUY ANTEEE OTHER STRAIGHTENING BRUSH! lolI bought two cheaper versions before this one and returned both because the results were just OK and the brushes snagged and broke my hair strands when I used them. One had weak teeth that broke off. I de-tangled and oiled my hair, and the snagging still never failed. Those brushes had high feedback but the only benefit I got was their lower price.AND I AM TELLING YOU- this brush gives results better than any flat iron I've ever used and I've spent in the $100s. I'm so sincere, this leaves my hair silky, soft, smooth and straight. My hair has had some damage and even the different lengths within are smoothed together with this brush. My head was complete in half the time of a flat iron and far less hair breakage than with a flat iron. No snagging with this brush at all. And though I am due for a relaxer, I really can put it off much longer. I am running my fingers through my hair without hearing the 'snap and crackle' of dry and brittle hair.You don't know you need this until you buy it. I don't know what makes it better, but this may be the best thing that has happened for my hair routine.. I have bra length hair with some damage throughout . My hair is "naturally idk"... a cross between curly, wavy, and matted. I can't wear it natural and don't love flat ironing for an hour or paying someone else to. This brush has me doing my hair again, instead of wearing a scarf for convenience. I am out the door in 30 minutes from power on, to then hear people compliment my hair.My senior citizen Godmother, who is a retired stylist, bought one at my word. Now she is doing hair again. The spring irons and marcels became painful on her wrists and she needed another solution for straightening also.I went from wondering if something like this existed, to seeing trial -and- error, all the way through. My result is hair success.

I purchased a uv/led lamp May 2020 and love the lamp, but I did something stupid a broke the prongs off the power adapter. Customer service has been great about helping me get a new adapter.

Enjoy using it and with long hair I’m ready so much sooner! Less frizz, smoother hair. Nice!

I really like th hair brush straitener. My hair had a shine to it

Received this straightener brush around January and it works so well even though ny hair is thick and curly! I have to do it in sections but it's so relaxing to be able to mindlessly watch TV and do my hair while getting ready. There was a small issue with the hot "bristles" coming apart but the company was quick to replace it after I sent in a video explaining thw problem. Super fast and professional and will be a customer for a long time!

The miropure brush doesn't make the hair as straight as hair straightening iron but it gets the job done. I don't need perfectly straight hair and it serves the purpose. This brush is easy to use and I can use it as brush and still make my hair straight. I would recommend it to anyone.

My product would not turn on and was past the 90 day return period. I went on the site for help and was connected with consultant Pahwee. She did an amazing job walking me through the process of checking the product. When we determine the product was unable to be fixed, I was informed I would be shipped a brand new product! Customer service was excellent! She was very patient and understanding with my limited knowledge of technology.

My straightening brush had some teeth around it break off. I had activated my warranty so I went to the website and a bubble clicked up asking if I needed assistance. I clicked on it and was connected with Pahwee. I explained the issue and she asked for pictures. I sent them and she told me she would be putting in a request for a replacement free of charge and I could keep the defective item. Quick and easy process! It took less than 5 minutes! She was very helpful!

The Miropure massager device works so good I hadPicked up something that was really big and heavy and it hurt my back me using this for two days my back was like new I would recommend this device for anybody going through pain

Wow .. it’s amazing , my hair is very rough and a little curly but after using this straightener it changed my hair completely now it’s very smooth and straight .the great thing about it is , it’s very easy to handle

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this kit works. Directions are very easy to understand and ease of use is very easy. I've used this a little over 2 weeks and already see a huge difference and I was a smoker for over 20 years. No nasty taste like some products I have previously used.
