Deposited £10 yesterday. Played the free spins, then all of a sudden the £10 was gone.

Poor poor site out of all the casino online I would 100% avoid I have played 4 consecutive days after signing up not even a small win has come in after £150 how this casino is actually regulated I do not know

I'm trying to withdraw money and they make it intentionally difficult to do so, they return the withdrawal amount to your balance in what I can only assume is an attempt to get you to spend it.

I have a secure debit card which does not have the card details displayed on it, they have asked me FIVE TIMES for it after telling them in the most simplest of terms. They just are refusing to acknowledge it. Absolutely atrrocious customer service and shocking how badly the staff are trained. Verification still not resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Probably one of the worst sites I've experienced from my time playing slots. From wins to bonuses it's a pretty sub par site. Selection of games is ok, but the RTP set on these games is below the average of other sites. What did it for me was the sign up bonus. Watching my balance drop by over £700 pounds because I hit the wager requirements and it reverted back to my initial deposit amount of £50. This is the only site I've been on that does this and that I would say is pretty scandalous.

Really terrible site compared to Tombola for example. I have desperately tried since 10th December to withdraw my money and they keep saying things are verified, then asking for different documents and then asking for the documents that they had previously said were verified.
I 100% have sent the correct documents, all 10 of them!!! I can deposit whatever I want though, not a problem at all to use my Paypal in that way.

They ask you for all kind of documents. And after words if you win something and what to withdraw your money They make you feel fell bad that you are addicted to the casino games and you need help..and lock you account so you can't do anything. Worst experience ever.

After reading the reviews I never thought I would recieve a payout but in less than 48 hours from uploading my documents to actually receiving my payout (which I recieved £2200) I can honestly say this is a legit site and more than happy to recommend to family and friends so I don't know why this website has been receiving bad reviews obviously people aren't uploading the correct documents.

After a bit of trouble getting verified, emailed support and got it sorted within 2 days. 800 withdrew and already in my account. Will continue to use this site

It's a joke of a site. It's one of those that keep putting barriers up when you want to take money out but it's all good when putting money in. Took me ages to get my first deposit after uploading documents. Second time they wanted documents again and rejected the same one they had approved only a few days ago so still waiting for my money. Will close account after I get my money. I never understood why these sites have to do this when other sites never ask for anything.

Absolutely scam site they make it impossible for you to verify your I. D . Especially if you have got winnings in your account. My advice is before you even deposit verify everything first wait for confirmation that everything is ok OR EVEN BETTER JUST a AVOID THIS SITE

When I make first deposit company to withdraw the money from my account and didn't ask me to upload any documents. should accept proof of address keeps getting unvertified already explained dont have an utillity bill as stay with my dad all bills are in his name ive sent them letters with my address on them why are they not accepting them its a letter from my solicator and my car insurance documents which i think is good enough proof of addressbeen going on for over a week now
