This site is a scam there slots and basically every game on there site is a rip off you will win nothing from them they are complete scum do not get ripped off by them

They make it impossible to withdraw had dealings in the past with this firm eventually got my winnings back but took weeks didn't realise it was jumpman who owned this site again problematic with docs etc.

Went take out my 70 quid and the withdrawal has some disappeared so you cannot withdraw what you've won this is not on bonus how can this be followed government agency let this go on as they get millions from these sites nobody ever owns u p to the back handers there obviously taking hey goverment prove me wrong

Absolutely shocking company. I spent about £1,000 won £830. Provided photo ID, picture of cards used. One of the cards was my wife's as I lost mine, submitted bank statements verifying proof of joint account, selfies of both of us showing ID for verification. Was happy to keep emailing me changing goalposts but once they had everything self excluded me and have yet to receive my winnings with no response now to the email chain

Right this site is easy to join, takes your cash straight away but when you try to withdraw what a nightmare. Still awaiting now but ended up giving them back as couldn't with draw, response is shocking and takes ages, I ave now been waiting for over a week, I'm fuming as got up to alot of money and i lost the lot.

I still don't have my money. I'm ashamed to admit I've let them keep it because I couldn't deal with the stress and their total lack of customer service skills.
I came to the conclusion they were intentionally blocking my attempts to send them information to verify my ID. I couldn't upload using the tool on their website. They wanted 5 different things, and I had them all ready to send to them but as I said in my initial review they only allow you to upload 2 different docs at a time. You can't upload any further ones until they deal with the first ones you've sent. Each time they'd say there was an error and to upload again. Or they'd say the picture was too dark, the print was too small..Basically they'd say anything other than accept what they knew I could provide. In the end I actually did attach everything to the email thread I had going with them despite them ignoring my requests to do so..Guess what!...They wouldn't accept them via email and directed me back to the online tool. That was me done. I didn't even get my initial deposit back! What's was so infuriating about the whole thing was that despite them refusing to wothdraw to the card I'd deposited with, they would still accept a further deposit from it (No, I didn't deposit a second time..Once was enough!) Mirror Bingo was happy to take a further payment from my card, but wouldn't allow to withdraw what I presume is still sat in my account..

I implore anyone to check out the reviews of this site before joining. I wish I had!! I'd have stayed well away had I of known what was to come.
Firstly, this isn't a complaint based on bad luck or accusing the games of being rigged etc..
I joined, they accepted my card and swiftly took a deposit. I actually won!! Only now they won't pay out due to account verification issues. They need to verify the very card they allowed me to register and deposit money with. You'd think they'd do this first before even allowing a deposit in the first place..
My situation is even more difficult than most as I don't own a passport or drivers licence for ID and this meant other ID was needed. Birth cert, marriage cert, proof of bank and home address and so on..
The things they're asking for I can easily provide but actually being able to upload them is a whole other challenge altogether. They keep ignoring my pleas to attach them to the current email thread we have going (I've been asking for a week now) If I could do it that way they'd already have the crazy amounts of ID they're requesting. Including a selfie of me holding up my birth certificate (Yes really!!) The upload section on their site is rubbish. It only allows 2 documents uploaded at a time but I'm being asked for upwards of 5. I have to wait for the first 2 to be verified and then upload more as they request it. Hence why me being able to attach all to our email thread would be far easier and quicker.
Just avoid. Avoid like the plague. It's 2023 and most sites verify by electoral roll info and not these invasive archaic methods. I feel for everyone in this review section. Mirror Bingo should be closed down.

Mirror bingo still not verified my account. Their Upload isn’t scrolling. It seems as if it’s a game to them that they’re enjoying. With no Phone lines or Chat facility, save yourselves the bother and dn’t join in. They mess about immaturely. I won £130 on my first time playing. After reading reviews on here I was ready to fight to get my money. How ever loaded all my documents in 1 morning got verified the next morning then money was in my bank with in the hour. The only strange thing is the £2.50 charge for withdrawals and the 6 documents I had to load in as I used Apple Pay to deposit

Scamsite they happily take payments from your card but won't pay out I deposited £10 but wanted me to spend 717 pounds before I could with draw don't think so not every one has photo I'd I don't drive no passport as I can't travel. This is an update , I uploaded my documents , and had an email saying I am now verified. But was never told how to get my money out . There is no way I can take my money out it's just stuck there with no help to get it out it's been 3 days now , and no withdraw button available at all , very disapointed . And iv done everything they asked very disapointed.
