The service from this company was impeccable. The mirror is exquisite. We needed the mirror delivered for Christmas at very short notice, and they literally did manage to oblige.
I cannot recommended the company and products highly enough. If you want something out of the ordinary and not the same as you can buy just anywhere this is the company to contact.

I wrote a earlier review about Mirrorforyou regarding the mirror I ordered and was not working. This review is about the response I had with Mirrorforyou. They did email me apologising about this matter. They did order me a new mirror which arrived a few weeks later, this mirror was fine, the lights, clock and Bluetooth was working and looks brilliant in the bathroom.

This review is to say thank you for replacing the mirror and if you give Mirrorforyou a chance to rectify a problem you may have, they’ll go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer buy exchanging, replacing or giving a full refund. So thank you once again mirrorforyou for your services, I will be using you again and will recommend you to friends and family

So my review is... we needed a mirror with lights but could not find anything large enough off the shelf. Came across this website and rang the number to check if the company was kosher. So with some reservations being just a website so we ordered and thought buying it with a credit card so anything goes wrong I can do a chargeback. Our mirror arrived and all looked great while in the packaging. A few weeks later the electrician came to install it and found it was chipped. Gutted! However, we contacted the company and they sorted out a replacement. Took some time to get there but yes we have a bespoke large mirror that looks great. If needed another I would use this company again.

Slight delay on delivery but came in good condition no faults. There is a low hum when light turned on , and demise on all time minor flaws but works well. Would be best if demise on when last get on only.

LOVE MY MIRRORS! I looked for illuminated mirrors for ages but none were quite right until I found these. They look so elegant in our bathrooms and we regularly get compliments on them. The lighting is subtle, being backlit and not on the front (which is what I was looking for) but gives off just the right amount of light. A true backlit mirror. I never do my makeup without this mirror on! We currently have 2 and couldn’t be more pleased with them. We were also able to order bespoke sizes which was another added bonus because we couldn’t find the right size we wanted anywhere. We wanted them oversized to fill pretty much the entire wall and they look fab. Oh and if you can, go for the on/off touch button for added ‘chicness’.

I ordered an LED mirror from Mirror For You last year. Unfortunately, the LEDs at the bottom of the mirror failed a few months in. I contacted Maciej in customer service who was very apologetic about the fault and didn't quibble at all about sending me out a replacement as the mirror was covered under their standard 3 year warranty. I re-ordered the same mirror along with a couple of modifications and we're so happy with the end result. The quality of the mirror is exceptional. The reflection is beautiful and the surface cleans very easily. We had the touch switch the first time round which has a green glow when on standby and is blue when it's on but opted for the sensor switch, which sits discreetly on the under side of the mirror, for the replacement. Both are very stylish and elegant. We also opted to have speakers installed which is a brilliant addition as they connect easily via Bluetooth and the sound quality is good. The delivery process was easy, the mirror was packaged very well in order to avoid damage in transit and Maciej kept me informed every step of the way. All in all a very positive experience and I'd happily order from them again.

Good product but very cheaply put together with a very thing and flimsy mirror. For the amount you are charged you would expect a descent quality mirror. The fixings on the back are also very flimsy and not fitted very well. Very disappointed for the almost £500 we paid.

I made a mistake when I ordered our mirror, due to confusion on the options that were available. However, they have been excellent in sorting it out. Very pleased with our lovely mirror.

I had looked everywhere for a custom mirror for a bathroom sized 1600mmx700mm.
Only a few websites even provided something close to that size. I was at one stage thinking about getting two 800mmx600mm and putting them together to make one big mirror.

However came across mirrors for you spoke to someone in the customer services department ordered the mirror and 2 weeks later received the perfect mirror.

Superb service and at a very competitive price.

The product ordered was a bespoke illuminated mirror 160cm x 90 cm.
The order time taken is like waiting for paint to dry but to be fair the product was packaged well and arrived in one piece.
The main reason im marking it as a three star review is the quality of the build. The glass is so fragile and chips easily and one of the mounting hooks was missing.

Very easy to create the mirror you require by simply selecting the size and then adding options. The mirror was delivered promptly, and well packaged. Clear fitting instructions included. Really pleased with the result.
